I visited with my family for an evening meal. The outdoor terrace is outstanding with stunning views of the surrounding hills and the town of Narni. The food was spot on and I don't remember eating a better pizza in a very long time. Great work, well done!

A hidden gem... set in a vinyard with gorgeous 360 degree views. The appartment exceeds all expectations, ours was a one bedroom spacious flat and at such a great rate too. A pool to ourselves for the first few days and a wonderful experience of the locals with families and children turning up on Sunday's for a pool party and lunch. Stefano welcomed us at the estate and I must say that nothing was too much trouble from basic information of the estate to indepth info of what is available in the area not forgetting some fabulous conversations helping us with learning some Italian basics to get us by when he wasn't around... but we mustn't forget to mention the rest of the the staff who were also welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much we will definitely be back. Our review and photos don't do it justice you will just to book it and experience it for yourself.…

Resort with swimming pool and restaurant in a beautiful location in the hills near San Gemini. Beautiful landscape and beautiful pool. The room restaurant is nice and spacious and the staff is professional and efficient. The quality is good and also value for money.

The place is very lovely and clean. The rooms are very big and with kitchen facilities that allow you to cook your own dinner. Even though there is a restraurant but it is not always open. The owner is freindly but only one english speaker. At night nobody is in the front desk, so you are your own. It is recommended for families that travel the area.
