The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately it was absolutely hot and when I asked was told that as it was not longer summer the air-con didn't cool but only heat so with an unusual weather it was that pleasant.

We stayed there with two little children and had booked a double room. We were given a apartment with a kitchen and a living room with a extra bed and a baby bed. It was clean and quite at night, even though it' next to the highway.

Nice enough, you get what you pay for! Had a family wedding so 8 of us checked in! Good price for this hotel, staff pleasant, rooms clean, shower a bit hit and miss!
6euro for breakfast, well worth.
Parking outside hotel - don't park in their car park or you'll be charged!

Arrived after advising at time of booking when we were due to arrive. Reception closed, all exterior doors open for anyone to just walk in, not safe at all especially when travelling with young children. No response from emergency assistance number. Advised no refund for the 5 night trip even though we never even got checked in! complete joke. Thankfully I could afford to find somewhere more accommodating or I’d have been left in Madrid to sleep on the reception floor with my daughter.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed. I stayed there for 3 nights and this were 3 nights too much. As another traveller said already, there used to be a kitchen in the room, but they closed it with "wardrobe doors" which can't be opened. But they obviously forgot to unplug the fridge behind this doors and this one started making horrible noises every 20 minutes. You can imagine how my night was. The rooms are more or less clean but the bathroom was smelly, humid, old and dirty. The shower curtain didn't see a washing machine for ages and it smelled like that. Speaking about curtains, there was a big window and I wanted to let the light inside, but the right big curtain was broken and I couldn't open it. I told that to the reception desk and went to work. When I came back 8hours later, the curtain was obviously touched but....... they just closed as well the left one..... unbelievable. The breakfast is for a healthy eating person to avoid. No fruit, no yoghurt, nothing. The glasses stick on the plastic tray, the cups are dirty, the coffee lukewarm.... NH posts everywhere "24h food service".... yeahhhh, you can order from your room with Telepizza! What a service. Sure you have to use this service or you take again a taxi, because there are no restaurants around. Honestly, I am travelling a lot and I can get angry seeing hotels like that. Do it good or leave it I would say. I will never ever come back! Promised.

We stayed here on our way to the Madrid airport - needed a bed for the night somewhere easy.
Pros: Clean room.
Cons: this is just an express hotel with no service. We stayed on a weekend and there was no where to eat in the hotel. Person working at dest sent us on a goose chase to find something open to have an early dinner at 7.30pm - of course nothing was open.
My booking said free wifi and I had to argue as to why they should honour this - according to hotel it was a mistake on their website.
Hotel is not easy to find - bad direction on website.

This was booked because it was near where I had to be on business. Its in an industrial area off a major main road. Very low (actually zero) service apart from behind the desk. Probably the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had. My colleague staying in another room found a pubic hair in his bed from a previous occupant. Fortunately I didnt look at the sheets, and only stayed for one night.

Arrived in Madrid on a business trip and was advised that a shuttle service would take me to the hotel.

After a 20 min wait, I decided to call the hotel to confirm the shuttle service was still running as my flight had been delayed and it was approaching late evening. No answer. I called a few more times over the course of 10 mins and the phone continually rang out due to no answer.

Shuttles for the Hilton, Melia and other hotels came and went but nothing for the NH hotels.

Eventually, after 35 mins, the shuttle arrived.
As I stepped forward to show the driver the hotel details, he immediately waved me away with his hands, rudely shouting ‘taxi, taxi’ as he walked away.
I approached him again, showing him a picture of my hotel, displaying the same logo on its facade as the one splashed across the side of his bus. He dismissed me again, irritably repeating ‘taxi, taxi’ over and over before happily approaching others to ask where they were going and offering them a ride.

Perhaps he didn’t like the colour of my eyes.

The hotel was basic at best.
I would never stay here again.

I chose this hotel based on reviews, and photos from the internet but when I arrived with my two children for the week, I was disappointed. The room was very small for 3 people and had no fridge, but the staff here are excellent and I managed to change rooms to a slightly bigger one with a kitchenette. Breakfast buffet is plentiful and the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Well located and good facilites close by.
