We selected Heacham House as a place from which to explore the local area - and were so pleased that we did! Rebecca and Rob are excellent hosts, providing the perfect balance of friendly helpfulness whilst still allowing guests their own space and privacy in which to enjoy their lovely home. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them - with some really good advice on places to visit and more importantly, where to eat. We had a simply wonderful meal at The Old Bank at Snettisham, but still found room to enjoy the various tasty options for breakfast that were on offer each morning. The bedroom (including super comfy pillows) and ensuite were spotlessly clean and the shower was potentially one of the best I've ever used! Really powerful and lots of hot water - just the way to start the day! Parking is available on the road outside the house which overlooks the local pond - complete with lots of ducks! An added bonus was the cosy lounge with TV and wood burner - perfect for a chilly January evening. All in all, I'd say it is a first class B&B and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Thank you so much for writing your lovely review. Rob and I are delighted you enjoyed your stay with us and appreciated the wood burner & goose down pillows (hypo-allergenic available). It was a pleasure to welcome you both to our home.

HH is a beautiful, well kept B and B and hosts could not be more helpful and friendly. Peace and relaxation (and plenty of curious ducks in the pond over the road), and hosts that go the extra mile for guests. I came here with my mother for a week - room with home made biscuits every day and everything you need, own bathroom, and we miss the breakfasts! My mum gets tired quickly and Becky and Rob were completely understanding. Nearby - Titchwell RSPB, Holme and Heacham beaches, Sealife Centre, exploring villages, exploring Kings Lynn lots of things to do.

We have just returned from a very enjoyable break at Heacham House. Originally we booked to stay for 3 nights but after exploring the surrounding area and sampling Rob and Becky’s warm hospitality we decided to extend our break for an extra night. Heacham House provides extremely comfortable accommodation and the extra little touches were very much appreciated, ie homemade biscuits and flowers in the room. Breakfast was delicious and substantial, with lots of choice from locally sourced produce, more than enough to keep you going for most of the day. The area was an absolute joy to explore and thanks to Rob & Becky’s helpful advice, and fantastic weather we had a super holiday. Many thanks.

Rebecca and Rob were superb hosts, providing excellent accommodation. Nothing was too much trouble, a packed breakfast was provided for our very early start to see the high tide Knot spectacular at Snettisham, very tasty it was too. Our room was spacious, with tasteful decor, lovely touches - homemade biscuits - and very clean. Breakfast topped it off - excellent fresh fruit salad, great quality and variety in the hot options we could go on, our best recommendation is to say try it out yourself but don't tell anyone else!!!

I booked a 2 night stay at this fabulous B&B. Found it on tripadvisor. It was a last minute decision to go away with my sister and niece as she had had a knee op and was in a leg brace. I was looking for Hunstanton but this village was better. It was away from all the tourists and near a beach - within walking distance. Rebecca and Rob were just what the doctor ordered. Their house was so tastefully decorated but still had that English feel with lovely cooked breakfast, home made bread, jams, marmalade and window blinds!. The twin room was ideal for my sister and niece and I had one of the two double rooms. Sitting by the beach and watching the sunset at Heacham Beach was a highlight. Great location for travelling to Hunstanton, Burnham, Blakeney etc. I would highly recommend this B&B as not only is it a comfortable, intimate B&B with tasteful decor, you are pampered by Rebecca as she provides tea and cake on arrival with a warm and welcoming smile. Thanks to Heacham House, I had an excellent mini break with long lasting memories.

As a retired Chairman & Managing Director of an international company, I have had the dubious pleasure of staying at some of the best hotels in the world. Heacham House does not have the facilities of a £300+ a night 5 star hotel BUT its facilities as a 5 star B&B are at the very pinnacle of that market. Rob & Rebecca have put a great deal of effort and thought into every detail to ensure you are made both welcome and extremely comfortable. Rebecca was able to advise us on places to eat based on their own experiences which is a bonus if you are not familiar with the region.
My advice is - do not waste your time looking at other hostelries - if you are lucky you will get the opportunity to taste what a B&B should be like.
One bit of advice for Rebecca - change the sink taps - modern they may be but I can imagine they would be difficult to operate for a person without a strong grip!

Everything about this B&B is perfect. The welcome, the setting and the beautiful decor. Every detail has been carefully thought out for an excellent experience, even down to the delicious hand made biscuits left with the tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The room was quiet, beautifully finished and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The Bradley's even went as far as recommending a local curry restaurant and booking us a place to eat there. Fantastic stay and we will definitely come back again when staying in the area. Oh forgot to mention the amazing breakfast!! Made with local produce and the best black pudding I have tried. 10/10!

I stayed at Heacham House last weekend (19th - 21st May) and it really is worthy of its 5 stars!! I was travelling on my own and was made to feel very, very welcome and it felt like a home from home all weekend. Rebecca could not have been more friendly, helpful and caring and all the extra little touches like home made biscuits and cake were very much appreciated!! The attention to detail is brilliant and they have really done their homework on what people are looking for in a first class establishment. I am hesitant to tell anyone else about Heacham House but only because its so good and want it to be my little secret. Rebecca and Rob are such lovely people and know how to run a great B&B; if you are looking for a well run, friendly B&B with excellent breakfasts, gorgeous rooms and just first class all the way, then this is the place to go. Home made bread, cakes, jam yum, yum ,yum. Will be back in summer and can't wait, a great place to stay whilst in that part of Norfolk and very handy of all attractions nearby :-)
