Log cabin standard throughout was amazing.. kitchen had dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Bathroom and separate wc were both finished to very high standards too. Lovely refurbished 2 bedroom lodge. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/drier. Beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Great beds. The restaurant on site was excellent and very reasonable. The pool area was adequate but a bit dated. The sauna and steam room were excellent though small.

My husband bought me a mini break for Christmas and we arrived just after the new year. The resort is easy to find, not far from the motorway. We had an uneventful check in, and as we had booked superior Lodges we're given free wifi for the duration of our stay, which was an unexpected bonus. We were given directions...

This is the second destination that I have stayed in which is owned by Diamond Resort. The one thing that they both had in common was, the rooms look very nice on the pictures but in fact are very shabby in the flesh. The furniture in both places were stained, the bathroom grout was black and some of the amenities...

Great lodges around a lovely lake. Excellent views across the lake and very relaxing. Good lounge area with bar and restaurant but needs a bit of atmosphere, perhaps some music and better tables and chairs. Needs to be a bit more of a pub. Lodges in various states of refurbishment due to flooding last year. Some need to be done...

Back from a lovely couple of days at pine lake. The lodges were spacious and clean. The pool was great and fairly quiet. The lake itself is very picturesque. We enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant and drinks in the bar which had a friendly atmosphere. Our children enjoyed the games area. We will definitely return in the near...

I stayed 4 nights using the lodge (No. 48) as a base for a few days walking in the Lakes. The apartment had everything - washer, dish washer (not used by me) 4 ring hob, oven, filter coffee maker with 4 complimentary bags of excellent ground coffee and the usual wide range of kitchen utensils. The supply of towels was...

We were extremely tired after an extremely long drive the evening before only to be woken up at 7:30am with a rather pushy sales women telling us about a not so exclusive Timeshare opportunity. NOT A GOOD IDEA UNLESS YOU WANT TO TOTALLY UPSET YOUR GUESTS. We were extremely upset by this intrusion. You should not have to pay for...
