I stayed for one night, signing off from my ship. The hotel is clean, food can be not so nice for meat lovers.I did not pay for the room( my company did it), but the prices shown at the desk are quite high for this hotel.however I would reccomend it if no better choice

My husband had an heart whilst on a cruise ship and he was airlifted to Guadeloupe hospital and I was disembarked and put up in this hotel. The island is a French colony and everybody at the hotel only spoke French. I was there on my own and the staff were not at all helpful bar one lady who was...

Arriving in my room I was greatly surprise, I was expecting a suite but not expecting it to be so perfect for me. A modern lounge with small kitchen, glass sliding doors leading to a huge balcony / terrace overlooking the sea. Bedroom with en suite walkin shower room and large comfy America style king size bed you would not want...

The location is lovely--but you definitely need some French, the rooms are very basic, parking is a challenge, the beach is tiny, and no one really seems to be having much of a good time. It is as if you are in a rather grim movie about how the bourgeois French vacation--sitting around the lounge drinking and waiting for the...

I don't like negative reviews but this place deserves one. We drove to this hotel on a Saturday night from the airport. The car park was huge but so full we could hardly drive round it. All the surrounding streets were packed with parked cars on footpaths and all over the verges, We eventually parked nearly three quarters of a...

This is by all accounts a very basic hotel. In saying that you don't want to spend to much time in your room. Because you will miss the fantastic beaches. The sand of which is like stepping on to the top of a cake that has been dusted in icing sugar, soft and inviting. You know you shouldn't but you've...

The structure is quite old, and this is clear in the rooms where the finishes are low quality. In any case, they are clean. The hotel has also a very nice private beach. The staff is very kind, proper, and really helpful, even if I had the impression that they cannot speak English very well. Location is ok, close to...

A friend recommended hotel Fleur d'Epee as a good departure point from Guadeloupe's capitol city, Point a Pitre. It' s about 30 Euro cab fare from airport (15 minute trip). My mastery of French is poor/just OK, and that had an impact on the visit. Staff is friendly, but there was some confusion which took time to sort out... Namely...

Just returned from this hotel. Where do I start. The French have a different conception of what us Brits call 'All Inclusive'. I have been lucky enough to have traveled extensively, and quite a few All Inclusive. My first shock was being told we had to pay for bottled drinking water, what? We are always being told when in a...

I was there with my family for 4 days before to go to St Marteen and I was really happy. Well it is a bit the low season with some rains but I like the atmosphere of the hotel, the global package was quite good as we booked on last minute.
