What you will expect from a hotel, in this place “is not entirely true”; First they don’t point the $5 per night service charge, the $10 extra charge for every adult per nignt, the $10 extra charge for an extra bed per night. If all the above were in great condition I would not complain, but the extra bed was...

Hi, With all due respect, what you described in this review, is the complete opposite, it's like if you stayed in a different place. When making reservations, all guests are encouraged to read, since most of the websites don't include tax and service charge in their final rate quotes, but they provide that information to the clients, including extra person...

I don't want to offend the staff because they were great and the location is awesome oh and free parking. Take your own towels, dryer, soap and iron. You will share kitchen fridge, stove, microwave with I guess 12 other units, I didn't mind. Walk to beach 5mins. 10mins from airport, great hotels, casinos, restaurant and clubs. The reason I...

Hi, We include all the amenities you listed (soap, dryer, iron, towels, etc). Some of them are on customer's request like iron and dryer. There is a full shared kitchen as listed in the several webpages. Also, we are among the cheapest hotels in the Touristic area of Isla Verde. All other hotels are from $150.00 per night in low...

We wanted to stay in Isla Verde, near good restaurants and major expressways so we chose this hotel that boast to be "for the budget conscious traveler." This hotel offers no amenities including ice or an ice bucket, or even a lamp in the room. The towels are old and have been washed so often they scratched when used. The...

Hi Enid, We appreciate your review, but in the other hand, we do offer the amenities listed on our website, such as free parking, soap, towels, etc. We don't offer ice machine service as listed in our pages. All our rooms have desk lamps, and our rooms had been painted recently. Also, all our A/C inverter units are quite silent...

This is a tiny hotel but if your looking for a good deal in a great area and just need somewhere to shower and sleep. This is the spot. I have stayed here a few times a 3 min walk to the beach. No pool.

The room we stayed in looks like a dorm room of an underfunded university. There are no windows in the room save for one that looks out at the main office. Perhaps that is why they covered it with a curtain that falls off if you try to open it. Also, to adjust the air conditioner, you must ask the...

Hi, All our rooms have windows, the view varies depending on the location and type of room. The gate can be opened by the front desk and by the guests, pressing the button right next to it. To enter the hotel, there is always a front desk agent eager to help you 24/7. Thanks,

We stayed for a night at the Borinquen Beach Inn while leaving San Juan. The property is convenient to the airport, and the room was clean, but the place had little else to recommend it. This hotel has seen better days. To get in you have to buzz the front desk to unlock the steel grate door. It has no lobby....

My wife, son, and I spent a week at the Borinquen in early March, in the midst of spring break. The small, 12-unit motel sits between "The Strip" in Carolina and the same beach used by those staying in luxury accomodations right next door, only a minute from the water and five minutes or less from the airport. It offers...

Visited during high season Other hotels were so expensive Had no choice but to stay in this one, do not judge a book by its cover. Loved it! The staff, the location. Room was clean, had everything I needed. Beach right behind us, amazing restaurants n entertainment at walking distance. Will stay there again next visit. Most definitely.

We didn't use any of the facilities, but it served the purpose we needed. My friends and I got to SJU around midnight, went straight to the hotel via a $16 cab ride. We easily checked in and were shown to our room, where they were able to roll in a sleeping cot for our third person. We used the...

Our flight got in at 1am and we needed a place to sleep for a few hours before picking up our rental car. It was just my daughter and I and since we arrived so late, we did not turn on the TV. We had a nice, large, clean room with very comfortable beds and a large shower in the...
