Staying at this motel is not only a great location but also one of the best views of Lake Tekapo in town.

Tekapo is a very small city with beautiful lake and if you come in the winter the view is breathtaking. This lovely motel has the best location, right in the heart of Tekapo. We took the family studio, the check in was easy and fast....More

We stayed here as a couple and a 12 yr old in a downstairs room. It had one main room with a double bed, single bed, couch and kettle all in the same room. It depends on how you intend to spend your holiday I guess, if you are looking for a place to sleep and shower then yes this would be suitable but if you intended to spend quite some time in the room then it may be a little small ( there maybe bigger rooms, Im not sure) There were no cooking facilities in our room so bear that in mind if you intend to self cater.
