The resort is at excellent location. the room is well equipped. It is suggested to have a bigger screen TV to improve the living quality and better experience. And, lid deems to be provided for the pot and pan in the kitchen.

The best point is the location, which locates near the thermal village and not far away from the city center. The staffs are nice and the room is clean and comfortable. In a word, it's a good choice to leave here.

Great modern two story apartment at Peppers Tekapo was one of our families favourite stops during our recent family Holiday to NZ. Thoroughly recommend Peppers to anyone wanting great location, views and modern contemporary style.

Looks nice from the outside but it's like a nightmare inside. Get ready for a sleepless and restless stay. Apart from the tiny rooms, the walls are not made of concrete so you can hear every door or drawer bang from rude guests staying in all rooms around you. Rooms are poorly marked so you'll have random strangers banging on...

We stayed only one night in this hotel. We had a single room very well equiped with fridge and kettle. Appreciate the high standatd of the resort despite the the absence of view. Good value for our money. We also visited a duplex flat which seemed really nice with wonderful views on Lake Tekapo. The design of the buildings is...

Staff was friendly and the location provided the perfect view of the lake. The room was very small. The shower had mildew stains. The refrigerator was off and not worth trying to figure out where to turn it on (it would take a while to get cold and we were only staying one night).

We just had an overnight stay in this big resort. Good location, overlooking Lake Tekapo and a short distance to the town. Room is clean and bathroom is big. The bathroom in our room is very clean and looks new. Wifi can hardly be connected. Continental breakfast is expensive. (> NZ $20) As we only stayed for a night and...

Room odour from previous guests and heavy vehicles opposite room meant this wasn't the relaxing rural stay we had anticipated. Management were helpful and understanding did what they could to make stay more comfortable when pointed out issues.

Modern clean and spacious 2 storey apartments. King beds and spacious living areas. Modern kitchen with all amenities (ask for extra coffee pods). Request Suite 14 with the option of a 2 or 3 bed apartment. Especially loved the fireplace on a cool evening! Checking in process was quick and simple and email commmunications have been good. Thank you.

Overall good location for our long weekend vacation trip fly fishing the local rivers and then helihiking the Tasman Glacier on Mt Cook. Could have spent more time enjoying the surrounding area. Maybe on our next trip to NZ. There is a small grocery store, gas station and variety of restaurants conveniently located a short walk from the resort.
