We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it was the perfect place to recuperate & relax. So peaceful. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very clean, spacious & warm, with everything we needed. Easy walk to everything. A beautiful place to stay.

We were greeted by friendly staff but they could barely understand english. The room was ok if not a bit small. Breakfast was expensive for what you could have and they were very poor at catering for a Celiac person.

Have stayed here often and it has great showers and location. This time the wi-fi was only available to me in the lobby, poor cleaning around the corners and a half broken blind. Generally a great stop-over. Cheaper rooms come available on short notice web sites if you don't mind no view and small rooms.

Had great service. A welcoming cheese and fruit plate on arrival to celebrate our anniversary. Breakfast was a good selection. Bathroom door a bit warped making difficult to close, high pressure shower needed to be tightened as kept tipping to spray the roof.

Service was good. Staff very friendly. However bathroom totally flooded after 2 showers from blocked drain. TV screen too small for this day and age. Very small tea cups. No coffee mugs. Poor selection of tea and coffee. And a small bottle of milk is far preferable to those horrible little plastic sachets.

This is the third time staying at peppers. I would stay here every time hands down. If there was no room available I would put off my trip of coming to tekapo. I usually look on the booking.com website as they peppers seem to have a reasonable rate. Will be coming back here many more times in future

Booked for one night only as in transit to Central Otago from Hamner. Paid minimum for a very small unit but it had everything particularly a very good bathroom with excellent shower. Was warm and cosy.

The location of the hotel was a positive considering it was a short walk from the late as well as eateries. However the room lacked any view, was on the ground floor and was in front of the parking lot therefore couldn’t open the curtains. Basic amenities such as toothpaste, etc was lacking. The buffet breakfast was average although the...

Great location and views.for sure!!! But 100mbps for a Resort? and poor reception from room, couldn't even twitter a good review if I wanted to. When we made a small suggestion for improvement upon checkout, the feedback was politely brushed aside with "hope you had a pleasant stay".
