The property is very nice, as is the location. The Night Manager was wonderful and helped us work around issues related to the earthquakes in New Zealand. They need to come up with a better approach to their wireless Internet. They repeatedly drop the connection and require you to re-enter the wireless access code.

An interesting location. Food and service in the restaurant was great. Found the upstairs/downstairs a bit strange. Great views. Pity about the electrical storm which knocked out the sprinkler system and forced us to move. Would have been good if they had given us a complimentary drink to compensate, though it was not their fault.

Top accomodation choice for Tekapo. Facilities are the best in town. A diverse multi cultural staff were pprofessional but also seemed genuinely happy in their work - not always something you see when they are dealing with guests of many different countries.

Stayed here on a flying visit to tekapo we had a mountain view 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment was lovely and spacious. The mountain view was slightly disappointing and obscured by other apartments. Right in the centre of tekapo so very convenient for visiting the lake and it was easy for us to get picked up for the star gazing...

Not so bad and not so good. I stayed 2 nights, almost all was good. But there was a problem in the bathroom when i stayed. At 1st night there was no shampoo in my bathroom and at 2nd night there was no conditioner. Why complete set was not provided?

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff could not be more helpful. On checking in we were told the restaurant was fully booked till 8p.m. so ate elsewhere but had breakfast which was good. We only had a standard room which was a little cramped with the bed taking up so much floor space. Bathroom big and all spotless clean....

Great beds, big kitchen with dining table, television, sofa bed and living room. The room was clean and had parking. Close to the shops and restaurants. Very close drive to the lake. A great place to stay.

Unfortunately we ended up with a tiny room facing away from the lake. There was no balcony or outdoor area to sit in. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. If it Was a business trip and just needed a bed to sleep in the room would have been ok.

We spent one night in Lake Tekapo. Unfortunately we didn't have good weather. It rained all day long at it might be usual in that area. But we liked to see all the lupines. Wonderful! We could get the key for our room at about 1am. They have small rooms but cosy with a heating and a large bed next...
