We have stayed at Taylor Made Bed and Breakfast several times when hiking the Peninsula section of the Bruce Trail and have always enjoyed a positive experience so when we were making plans for our first venture away from home since the start of the pandemic, it was an easy decision to choose Lions Head and Taylor Made. Doug and Diana are outstanding hosts and it was clear from the moment we arrived that they have risen to the challenge of Covid-19 and are doing everything they can to provide a safe and comfortable environment for their guests. As usual, the house was spotless, the breakfast was delicious and the hospitality warm and welcoming. Thanks again Doug and Diana!

Marcus and I couldn’t have selected a better place to spend 3 days during this last long weekend other than stay at Taylor-Made Bed & Breakfast with Doug and Daiana. This lovely couple hosted us with so much care and good conversation that I felt like not leaving the place anymore. The bedroom and the washroom were incredibly clean and well decorated. Doug and Daiana provided us a delicious breakfast in a cozy place. The breakfast area and the entire stay were totally prepared for social distance and we had hand sanitizer all over the place what made us feel completely safe. We want to thank you both for this incredible experience we had with you. We definitely will be back! Anira and Marcus.

I have just spent 7 nights at this B&B and I didn’t want to leave. From the minute you are greeted by Doug and Diana, you feel welcomed. You get to order exactly what you want for breakfast, there is homemade yogurt, homemade breads, their famous cowboy beans and always a muffin of the day and when you get back from a long day of hiking the Bruce Trail, there are homemade cookies waiting for you!!! My room was great and I loved that there was a fridge I could use in the common area. I would recommend this B&B in a heartbeat and will definitely return. If you are hiking the Peninsula section of the Bruce Trail; this is where you should stay! Thanks Doug and Diana for making my stay so enjoyable. You guys are a special part of my Bruce Trail End 2 End experience.

We had the small room as requested, very clean, extra items like bathrobes, bathroom incidentals, very comfortable bed. Full access to the hot tub and living area with coffee muffins fruit water etc. we are vegans and they had outdone them selves to accommodate us ! We were more than happy with the stay ..we actually added another night. I would definitely stay there again.. good people with good conversations :-)

Upon arrival Doug and Diana greeted us at the door, such a friendly couple, very informative with a beautiful home. The couples suite was every thing we could ask for, with a comfortable bed, soft sheets, robes and a private bathroom. In our opinion it was nicer than a hotel! Snacks were offered in the common area including delicious homemade cookies, tea coffee cocoa, and fresh fruit. Each day the hosts took our breakfast order and wow—this breakfast was top notch. Blueberry pancakes, homemade yogurt, fruit salad galore, homemade muffins, juice, homemade toast, homemade jams....I only wish my stomach would fit more. We stayed at Taylor Made while on a hiking trip on the Bruce Trail. Everything was perfect from the breakfast to the lunches...The breakfast choices were endless and Taylor made to everyone's liking including. The homemade bread and yoghurt. The lunches were tasty and just enough food for the day. The rooms were spotless and beautiful. The hot tub was an added bonus. Within walking sitance of town and restaurants.

My husband and I stayed at Taylor-Made B&B this past weekend while hiking in the Bruce Peninsula. From our initial reservation in March to check out on Sunday, Doug and Diana were an absolute pleasure. The house was immaculate, the room and bed were super comfortable and the little extras (cookies, fruit and coffee) were an amazing bonus. Our absolute favourite part was the huge homemade breakfast we were made every day. It was delicious and filled us up well past noon which was an added bonus while hiking. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will definitely be staying again when we hike the peninsula. :)

We continue to enjoy our Taylormade Civic Holiday Weekends in Lion's Head, when as artists, we come to participate in the annual Bruce Peninsula Art Show and Sale. This is at least year five for us, Thursday through Monday! Double room is comfy, everything is spotlessly clean. Doug and Diana go above and beyond to make us feel at home, and we look forward to the wonderful breakfast options. They pack delicious lunches for us to take out on hikes in between Art Show commitments. Besides the wonderful food and comfy beds, the best part is how welcome and at home they make us feel. Really nice folks, great accommodations! Great value! My friend and I highly recommend Taylormade B&B and hope that we are booked into the calendar again for 2020!

We stayed at Taylor-Made during a recent hiking trip along the Bruce Trail Peninsula Section. Located on a quiet street, we relaxed in this beautifully home and enjoyed the plentiful delicious breakfast and complimentary fruit bowl and home baked treats. After a long day hiking - the hot tub was a most welcomed added bonus. Doug and Diana were helpful and well informed with information on the hikig trails in the area and services available in the village. We would most definitely look to stay at Taylor-Made again on our next trip to Lion's Head.
