The food was of canteen quality (deserts from the box - dilute fruit juice -daily the same breakfast composition with queezing cheese and tasteless ham). Everything has to be paid extra e.g. internet connection, drinking water in room minibar (self-made by desalination plant), canoeing etc)....More

They do arrange the transfer to the island and back. You have to pay the port fees per person when you arrive at the departure dock in Cartagena.
It's a pretty long ride, but they provide water and you can find shade.
