I don't know where to start but this is disappointed Hotel! They don't have a proper training how to handle guests properly most especially in the front desk area .it's better to find any other hotel like bugana beach and dive resort they have a nice room and customer satisfaction.

the place is perfect, it's near the beach area, it has a great swimming pool, amazing aesthetics, a welcoming staff, wide rooms (or at least ours), great restaurant food! over all, it would be the perfect stay since it's very affordable and has a quite strategic location (walking distance to the string of food establishments in sugar beach).

I feel welcomed and people are helpful. Rooms are spacious! I love the pool and I feel secured because at night there are 6 security guards (3 at front and 3 at the back). it has direct access top the beach at the back. the place is lovely. white sand beach but the the beach itself is not so inviting...

Perfect spot to stay. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Beach view in the back. The Market is also nearby. Easy access to all. If you want to go to other resorts, you could ride a tricycle to get you there. We also get to spend Overnight at the pool which is great. Would love to book...

This was our first time in Sipalay, we chose Jamont Hotel because of good reviews in trip advisor. Let's start with the pros. If you are looking for a clean room, a big and clean pool and a decent restaurant this is the place. It's located in the area called "proper" which basically means it's in the town. The hotel...

Went to this hotel with family and friends. We were 13 persons in our group. When we arrived their staff was very accommodating. They have a convenience store which is very complete. Pool was big and clean. We were able to swim during the night without curfew. Their rooms are big but the floor was damaged. The location is very...

This is now called Jamont Hotel, they reverted to the old name which was originally Jamont Pension before they called it Sipalay Suites. This is actually our third time here and this time we stayed at their new expansion wing called Veranda facing the city beach front. The room was large which was good for 4 persons with a split...
