By far the smallest room I have ever stayed in worldwide, that is no exaggeration. This room had 3 beds in a space that was possibly 12ft x6.5ft and that included a bathroom which was not bigger than a train toilet.

There is a direct train to centre Paris but think it goes to Gare st Lazaire rather than Gare du Nord (Eurostar TERMINAL). Its only a short subway ride from one station to the other. Easy if you don't have too much luggage, otherwise better to change stations by Taxi.
