We had a triple room, which means there was an additional single bed placed in the room. It left very little room for walking around or to place luggage. The room was clean and there was hot water - 2 things we needed most after hiking. It was great to have washer (there were 3) but there was only 1...

Nice hotel to start your TMB trail, especially if you have a room from which can view the end of the trail with the Christ Roi statue. Very nice dining room with standard dinner and breakfast. Room maintenance is average - table collapsing and good luck with finding out how to control the reading lamps! Don't forget to ask the...

We were welcomed by a friendly and helpful staff. Our room had a picturesque view of the mountain side. The rooms were lodge themed and clean. We had some issues with some of our electrical outlets. The free wifi was responsive. For dinner we had a choice of 3 entrees on our half board and they were generous portions. The...

Very welcoming and cheerful staff. Went out of their way to be helpful. Even though we arrived before check-in time, there was no problem with accessing our room, which turned out to be lovely, with spectacular views of the mountains. Although we did not use it, there was an inviting-looking pool. The buffet-style breakfast was excellent and provided the necessary...

What a place love this place , walk along to the famous mountain Mont Blanc , take the cable car up to the Aiguille du midi , to visit the ice cave , watch the skiers coming down off Mont Blanc , take a coat even on a sunny day , don't forget your camera for all your holiday snaps...

Loved the stay there. The people at the hotel were super helpful, especially Nathalie and I am sorry I am forgetting the names of others. They held our bag while we completed the trek also. There is free bus service very close to other towns in the Chamonix area.

We came here for a family holiday and we cannot rate it highly enough. The staff are very welcoming, the apartment was beautiful, and the scenery is breath taking. If you are looking for a family holiday then you should consider this. There is so much todo all year round.

As our launch point for the TMB, this was a cozy and very welcoming alpine hotel. Rooms are typical European size rooms, with nice ski lodge type decor, polished wood wall paneling and hardwood floors. Bathroom and shower were clean with modern appointments. The view out any of the rooms on the back side is outstanding! A wide open view...

We stayed here 2 nights at the start and at the end of our Tour de Mont Blanc hike. When you do the TMB, luxury hotels are not the priority so we were happy with a comfortable and warm bed. And the hotel fits that bill. But asides from that it does not offer that much more and I would...

Had been to this beautiful hotel in June with Cox and kings pkg tour. It is heavenly. The room was small especially for my family of 3, but who cares as the room we got was facing the mountain covered with ice, it was beautiful but words can't express it, you have to be there to feel it. The rooms...
