The place should be amazing but it's not. Only true details is about fk settlement. All arround is in ruin. All but all facilities are very old.
There is a nice beach on the island and a restaurant right ON the sea shore.

HORROR structure. Dilapidated room, 2 wooden beds attached with smashed mattresses, peeling walls, destroyed roof, 2 sockets including one not working, broken bathroom light, running water almost always absent, remained 2 times in the soapy shower for over 30 minutes. Half Pension a tease,,breakfast does not exist recycle leftovers from dinner. Dinner or away as soon as they open or you find nothing but empty containers we had to go out to dinner despite having paid. The beach and 'beautiful served by umbrellas but for a fee, the rest and 'all ridiculous, animation looked like an Italian comedy film 80s, personal though kind not up to scratch. We will advise against it and make bad publicity

The hotel staff is extremely unfriendly, there are no smiles or kindness. Facilities neglected, untidy and dirty. The breakfast is very bad, the staff forbid going out on the terrace to drink coffee. The bed and bedding are old and uncomfortable. Very very bad. Beach only +.

The meadow where the campers, caravans and tents are to be located is still full of cow pies from the animals that grazed there in the winter.
The sanitary building does not deserve this designation, the communal showers are moldy, the toilets are dirty and have not been cleaned in weeks. The campsite is located in a compound from the communist era and is completely neglected. Too bad, it could be so beautiful.

I bookend our stay there by booking.com, however I had to cancel it. I did it more than month before according the terms it is free cancelation.
FKK Ada Bojana hotel charged me anyway of whole amount. I contacted them some times and got promisses I got money back. It was 26 of June. I have no money till now.
They explained they are so full of clients and so busy that have no time to do it !!!

I visit this place 2nd time after many years. I remember it as a high class establishment but now it looks like it is falling appart. The owner is obviously trying to maximize profit based on old fame.
What is good:
- food is ok but not lot of choices. No fruits.
- beach is beautiful
What is bad:
- facilities are dirty and not very well maintained
We stayed in the freshly renovated room and paint on the bathroom door is already cracked. Hot water tank is mounted in way that I hit it multiple times when brushing my tooths. Beach toilet is a disaster: dirty and missing door . If it is nudist beach, it doesn't mean people can watch me when doing my business.
- TV was not working in my room. I reported to receptionist and was told they'll send electrician tomorrow. Nobody appeared a day after. I had to ask receptionist for more toilet paper.
- Room is supposed to be cleaned every day. Nobody showed up.
- Only one life guard on duty for almost 1km beach
There were big waves one day and he had 4 intervention, by luck no drawning.
- No security guards.
Professional photographer with big cameras appeared on the beach taking photos of the model with nude people in the background. Nobody cares about guests privacy.
- Tenis court is locked and looks it is not maintained.

VSuper friendly staff, the owner of the house is very nice, gives good advice on which beaches to visit and which restaurants to eat in.
