    The Chill in Ericeira Surfhouse has a colourfull and artistic interior design. The accomodation is made up of two typical portuguese houses in a well preserved neighbourhood with a breathtaking view of the village and of the Ocean. The surfhouse offer plenty of open air spaces with balconies and patios from where it's possible enjoy the incredible colours of the portuguese sunset. We offer rooms with sea view, double beds or two single beds and a six beds dormitory. The surfhouse has it's own surfschool for the one interested in doing a surf course.

    Great surf trip
    What an awesome hostel. Spent a week here in a private room (ended up extending my stay by a couple of days) and couldn't have asked for a better time. The location is great, just 5 mins walk into the old town with a great selection of restaurants and bars, and a 5-10 minute walk to the local beach. The views from the property are fantastic - so hard to leave! Nice mix of all ages at the hostel and a great breakfast for before or after the surf lesson. I had beginner surf lessons from the hostel, they were great. The instructors were very patient and equipment was good. What was nice about the hostel was that they offered group dinners at a different restaurant in town each evening. I was travelling on my own so this was a nice way to meet people, without feeling like part of a package tour! Only downside was the pillows...these could be improved!…

    Amazing experience
    One of the best surf houses I have been. The house is super nice, comfortable and clean, with an amazing see view and really cool areas to chill and meet nice people from all over the world. Edoardo, all the staff and the volunteers are very kind and friendly, making you feel home and surf instructors very professional and making their best to make you surf with the best conditions and in safety. Really recommend for an amazing surf trip…

    Very friendly, very clean and with an amazing view. The people working there are absolutely amazing. I fully recommend this place. They also have a surf school and rent boards if needed. Its walking distance from the town of ericeira and to the local market. The staff always arrange nice events for all the customers.…

    The perfect home away from home
    I absolutely loved everything about this place! They have rooms in 3 separate houses and we stayed in a new house and had a terrace looking over to the sea. Breakfast was good and all the people were super friendly and fun. They organise different kinds of events such as pizza night and bbq night at their bar / chill out area and we met a lot of nice people there. The surf instructors were all very professional and the yoga at the rooftop was amazing. And the location is very good too,walking distance to the center of the village. Warm recommendation. And definitely will be back!…
