So very pleasant. Its a risk when booking NOT to be in the centre of Granada however let me reassure you that this is more than worth the risk ! I woke up early to watch the sunrise over the rolling hills in complete tranquility. I'm still not certain that was because I had savoured Elko's excellent wine list or...

Stayed here as part of our Spanish travelling holiday. This is a really comfortable relaxing hotel! Wonderful food & very caring, hands on, knowledgeable owners! Family orientated as has a lovely large pool but we were a couple & it equally suited us! Lovely room with a balcony & free water replaced every day which is a really nice touch!...

An absolutely stunning and romantic place with delicious food and a nice pool to relax after walks or discoveries in the surrounding areas. Conveniently located for an excursion to Granada (book in advance!) or to the neighboring vineyards. A car is definitely recommended.

Fantastic hotel, couldn't praise it enough. Very clean, lovely tasteful furniture, spacious rooms , peaceful, beautiful views, excellent value. We felt most relaxed. The food was fantastic as well- they even adapted a menu for me at no extra charge. The owners were friendly and helpful. We're keen to return in the future! You'll enjoy this if you like good...

We recently stayed in El Miradaor on a quick pass through Granada on our honeymoon. My only regret is that we did not stay a bit longer. The views from our hotel were 360 degree views of grain and olive fields. It was all undisturbed beauty. A bit of repose from the busier city life of Granada, but still close...

Just wow. The location is remote meaning the Cortijo is an ideal place to relax and unwind. The rooms are exceptional, the food is brilliant and every member of staff went out of their way to accommodate us. No request too difficult - we had our 17 mth old daughter and even the owner, Sylvia, took time to help us...

My partner and I live in Granada with our two dogs. We wanted somewhere we could celebrate my birthday and the 20th anniversary of our civil partnership ceremony. And we found here - and the dogs could come too. We were only there for 2 nights, but so hypnotic and beguiling is the place that it felt like 2 weeks....

Fabulous hotel; oozes character; lovely rooms (we stayed in the Terrace Room), tranquil courtyards and small pool area with panoramic views across the fields and olive groves to the Sierra Nevada mountains. The owners and staff were constantly friendly and helpful, without ever being overbearing or fussy. Thoroughly enjoyable stay and would wholly recommend, either as a base for visiting...
