This is a charming boutique hotel. The service is outstanding with a personal relationship to every guest. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The entire hotel is decorated to the last detail tastefully and with a person touch. The highlight is the breakfast that is prepared with devotion. This is how I imagine catering for kings and nobles. They offer amazing dishes interesting, generous and tasty. The only problem was that there was no Wi-Fi available in the rooms only in the lobby, but it didn't impair the hotel stay experience. The price was unbelievably cheap.
the owner from the hotel gives you the feeling that you re more then welcome in your own house....she is very personal interested in you and does anyting to make you happy and gives you the feeling you re comming home. The breakfast is AMAZING IN NEVER SAW SUCH A BREAKFAST IN MY WHOLE LIFE. you cant choose because all is home made and looks amazing and when you see the buffet you realy have a WOOW feeling comming over you, txs so much to give use for the 4 time the feeling comming home again
This hotel in the heart of Vielha has a very friendly, fun and professional staff. The rooms are impeccably clean and themed in a manner of clever ways. We stayed for five nights and enjoyed every moment, from the incredibly diverse and plentiful breakfast buffet to the cozy lounge and whirlpool baths, which helped aleviate some muscle pain after fabulous hikes in the Pyrennes Mountains! This is a must visit town in the Val d'Aran and this is the hotel to stay at to fully enjoy it.
The hotel was very clean and we also had lots of toiletries and also a dressing gown. The breakfast was very fancy and amazing. I have never seen something like it I would definitely recommend it and the location was great too
Very late writing my review as our most recent visit was end June 2018. The warmest of welcomes from Chus and her team of lovely ladies. We have been coming here for several years now and a 4-day break was perfect. One just unwinds completely at El Ciervo. Fantastic weather too so we were able to go walking in the valley leading to Baqueira Berat. Breakfast is just beyond words but the best we have ever eaten in Europe. If you are in Vielha or nearby, stop for at least a couple of nights and enjoy this wonderful little hotel. We cant wait to go back!
