We had the best 3 nights at this adorable place! Clean, cozy and great view of laguna Milagros, especially in the Kayaks provided. Breakfast ist very good though too! Highly recommend posada el brujo!!!

Due to a last minute change in our booking plan, we "discovered" the Posada El Brujo when arriving in this property. Love at first sight ! Charming wood house,very exotic inside decoration, incredible view to the lagune,. Friendly welcome.Excellent food at an affordable price Swimming is possible directly from the garden. Relaxing stay of 2 days (but we could have been enjoying a longer one) and this 20 mns from Chetumal. Bus stop near the posada

This place saw better days. The cabins are old and the lake front needs some restoration too. The pictures online do not mirror the recent condition of the place. WiFi is slow. The moskito doors have holes so the beasts will find inside your cabin. Breakfast is average. There are three cabins but one only one is facing the laguna, mine was not. But I give it two stars, one for the friendly staff and for the pretty pirate bar (though the moskitos might shorten your stay) and one for the lake just next door which is very nice to swim in.
