Our room (2nd floor) was really small and dated. The bathroom however (although small) was recently renovated and looked nice. In general the hotel looks tired. The breakfast was decent. Staff was nice and friendly. The good thing that our room was not very expensive and therefor the value/price was reasonable.

It appeared that we were 40 minutes late with our check-out (which is at 11am). Cleaning staff drove the point home by leaving the door open while my wife was changing our crying baby's nappy and speaking to us rudely (if not a little aggressively even). Be prepared to stick to the hotel's rules strictly, if you don't want to...

We had a deluxe double. It was comfy and functional...little balcony which was good...bed was soft to sit on but to sleep... Perfect!!! Not the brightest room but if you sat by the patio doors light was excellent to do make up! Shower screen was a bit small so floor got rather wet...had a whirlpool bath we I we didn't...

In overall, this is a very average hotel. Pleasant enough for a night or two, with some nice extra's - but also some short comings. Positive points: - Really nice Illy espresso maker and water boiler in room - Bath tub in room - Nice location with easy access to woods, the Rhine river and a little town. Negative points:...

Beautiful surroundings, next to the Zoo, convenient hotel, small clean rooms, nice service, beds ok, bathroom small but effective. Safe is only extra. No 4* worth, but price isn't 4* too. Breakfast complete, restaurant and bar available, but no experience there. Free wifi.

Very nice restaurant/breakfast room. Had a late dinner and a Lovely breakfast! Make your own fried egg/omelette! De luxe room not without real luxury. Not a four star, to be sure. we visited the 2nd WW memorial, very much impressed. Watched schoolkids passing by on their school outing the oldfashioned Zoo of Rhenen. The little town was quite cute.

The rooms in the hotel were pretty average. Nothing particularly memorable about them. Hot water worked and the bed was comfortable enough. Walls are fairly thin. I could hear the person in the room next to me snoring. Free internet in the room. Breakfast was typical Dutch with lots of breads, cheese and meat. About a 10 minute walk from...

Definitely would not class this as a 4 star hotel. Rooms are clean but very, very dated. A small desk fan is the only A/C you get. No coffee making facilities in the rooms. You can get a kettle from reception but they only have one, so if someone already has it then you are out of luck. 99 %...

This is a very basic hotel with an out dated interior. Rooms were clean but simple. Staff was friendly but probably most of them are inexperienced students. Appeared that rates calculated differ largely between guests. I felt that price & quality were a bit out of balance.

Although our room looked a bit outdated, it was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast buffet was nice and extensive. Diner at the restaurant was okay, but nothing to write home about. What really made this hotel for us was the great staff: very professional, helpfull and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. The hotel is situated next...
