Arrived at hotel to receive an immediate free upgrade. What a room/ beautiful decor and fabulous bed. Bathroom was fantastic. Lots of thought about those little extras, robes, slippers, sweets, combs...etc . Staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Lots of buses into Brighton or a 2o minute walk. Good eateries nearby.

The Claremont was everything we hoped for. Lovely, comfortable room and bath. Friendly service from the moment our taxi pulled up to the curb (Dan literally ran down the steps to grab our bags) to our departure three days later via car service arranged by Coralie. Breakfast was outstanding and here again the service was attentive and the food delicious....

The reviews of this hotel told me that there was something gooooood about it, stayed for 3 days an im going to tell you a litle story. We came happy and smiling after a journey and great expectation, me a liltle limp after a small accident, a wery polite and helpful man came after we rang the bell and welcomed...

I am sorry that your recent stay fell below expectations but I am at a loss as to why you didn't say something during your 3 days with us. You say you are not a 'problem man' yet give us no opportunity to rectify any problem you may have during your stay but crucify us on this site! For any...

We spotted this hotel on the Internet for a short break by the seaside. The reviews were good so we booked it and we weren't disappointed. Great location with a 20 minute walk to Brighton but near all the eateries in Hove. Great staff, very friendly and impeccable service. Little details that show they care in the hotel including a...

Over for a family party we booked a 'classic double' and found ourselves in a cosy room on the top floor. We have stayed at The Claremont before and once again enjoyed a lovely stay. The room was immaculately clean with tasteful decor and some lovely art on the walls. It was really peaceful when we wanted to rest in...

Well I have been to Brighton many times in my life and I do love the open expanse of the sea front and fresh air, this time I chose to stay in Hove at the Claremont and very pleased I was too, well located for restaurants and Main Street shopping at one end and the other the sea front. It...

This is a great hotel, which I think is technically in Hove, but is a short and nice walk down to Brighton Pier. It's in a convenient location. Has parking nearby. The hotel staff are great, and it's got a good breakfast as well. Recommend

I was going to mention that the room we had was a bit smaller than we expected and the bathroom seemed added on. After a long drive from Devon to see family and friends I was as fractious as ever. All I can say is that when we left a couple of days later we both felt relaxed and refreshed....

Our room was large and the bed very comfortable, worth the extra. Parking is a hassel as only one street parking machine was issuing tickets and then not for the time paid for, but parking is a problem throughout Brighton and Hove. Staff helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was good and my only complaint - the shower although looking the part...

The house is beautiful and from the door to the bedroom there was something to look at...the walls are strewn with beautiful art work all for sale. The room we stayed in was perfect in everyway...bed was comfortable, décor was luxurious and all the little extras made it that bit special. Especially the nostalgic sweet jar
