Take the cable car from the bus station, turn right and you are there! Spacious, well equipped kitchen with a great view. Good wifi. Yes, the dorms have triple bunk beds but the hostel was very quiet when we were there and they split people up between the 3 dorms so it was no problem and the beds were very...

We got a priv room but shared.bathroom. (+) We liked that we got a discount bec they are part of HOLA hostels. Since its the low season not alot of people were there which we liked, since there wernt any noise and we did not had to rub elbows with persons that needed the kitchen. They got the best location....

The dorm rooms had too many beds in them. There were bunk beds with 3 beds on top of each other. Too many and too high to climb the top one, but we were five people and got a dorm room just for us. The room could actually fit up to 9 people. There's a kitchen available and a rooftop...

2 years old and feels new with high ceilings, big rooms and dorms. Great terrace with perfect view, right by the top of the cable car. Very friendly staff and atmosphere; although it said breakfast was included but I never saw any. Often nobody around as place is often run by students who study in a quiet room at the...

Basecamp is s great place to stop off between Cali and Medelline. The staff is friendly and always willing to give advice for things to do in the area. Its a large hostel and at first glance the simply beds don't look very comfortable but I had a great nights sleep with no problem at all

Came as refuge from another hostel who "lost our reservation" (14 people for 2 nights). They took 6 of us in with the smile. They were prepared to rearrange a room to put us together. We started early next day with a trip to Nevado del Ruiz (6 AM) and they prepared a breakfast for us at 5.30 AM (they...

We read the very positive reviews about this hostel and booked it with the pretense that it was a fun hostel for backpackers run by backpackers. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, excited that the rooftop bar (which has an amazing view) would open at 5pm, as the signs all around the hostel advertise it’s open everyday from this time....

I can't say this place is 100% bad as it has warm water (but no water pressure), clean bathrooms and a fun layout with a great view from the roof top bar. However, the night we stayed there the local staff found a reason to party and have sex (or at least jerk off) in the bathrooms until 630am. Our...

I stayed 4 days in Base Camp hostel, mostly because of the incredible fast WiFi ;), but also because it is nice to chill there, they have good breakfast included and the views from the kitchen or the roof terrace are just amazing. Also its right beside the cable car, so you don't even have to take a taxi from...

again it is about a hostel where the staff and guests found particularly annoying. This hostel is run by students and school, on weekends you get all their friends, noise and mess at present there so you definitely do not feel at home. supplemented with a dirty kitchen, a bar that never opened and what a breakfast after 9am on...
