This was our third time here in the past five years. The quality of service was excellent as was the food in the restaurant. This place is rustic and there is no wifi or TV -- which is precisely why we come here. Lochsa Lodge has never disappointed.

Been stopping by for burgers for years, maybe a beer, The bar setup is fantastic. You have lodging options. I was alone, on my way to kayak so I had reserved the quiet, rustic cabin at the end of the row. Perfect for me. Basic barebones, but I had my nightcap. Lights to read by, stars to marvel at. Breakfast...

My fiance and I stayed in one of the lodges with a bathroom. The room was clean but our shower drain was clogged and had luke warm water. We went in February where hot water is important. It is a very beautiful place and the food was definitely the highlight. They had a lot of menu options but not to...

We stayed for 3 nights in January. We had a room with a king bed. Although small, the room was very comfortable. But anyone who is considering staying here needs to know you are paying for rustic. The cost of our room was what we would have paid for a 4-star hotel in a city. Yet there was no TV,...

On Friday, September 23, 2015 a hearty group of 32 bicyclists and 2 support vehicles rolled into the Lochsa Lodge for the night. We had reserved all of the cabins and rooms except for two of them for our group. Our stay was the next to the last night of a 14 day bicycle tour that originated in Astoria, OR...

This old lodge has been in one family for many years. The restaurant has pretty good food considering how far the next store or restaurant is. The cabins are sparse, but comfortable and clean. A lot of people use them when visiting Jerry Johnson and Weir hot springs. We came for dinner just after a large bus load of people...

A group of women (all of us turning 60 this year) stayed in 4 cabins/rooms at LL in October. Beautiful location, comfortable beds, great food at the lodge! We were provided with a large room to meet in for our meals and workshops. Delightful place to get away from Missoula yet handy to town. No cell service makes for dandy...

We were camping down the road. Went in for breakfast, who would have thought it would be this good. I had the Floentine omelet. Spinach, tomato, bacon and cheese covered with hollandaise sauce with Hash browns and toast. My husband had eggs, bacon and pancakes. You have to look at the picture I posted. It looked like some thing out...

My daughter and I had traveled down to Boise, Idaho. We were traveling north back to Canada on this scenic road. However we had half a tank of gas and didn't realize this road had no gas stations. When my light went on indicating we were empty I began to stress out, thinking I'm gonna be stuck on the mountain...

We weren't staying at the lodage but at the campsite next door. We walked up for dinner instead of cooking for ourselves.THe Lodge is a beautiful log built building. Excellent service and friendly helpful staff. Nice range of food available and nice selection of beers. Big portions, so unless you're a big eater you don't really need a starter. We...
