When we got to our room there was a big puddle in our bathroom. We reported the puddle and asked them to fix the leaking toilet. They said that the toilet didn't have a leak but that they would clean up the puddle. When we went back to our room two hours later there was another leak and they still...

We were at the semi-suite room which is good for 3 pax. They said max occupant of room is for 4 but it can fill in 6 but you have to squeeze in, which we did. It may not have the best beach side but who doesn't love a beach front view. Beach/surf area is atleast 400 meters away from...

Of course this is not the most luxurious hotel in town and the staff is not perfectly trained to Western standard. However the room are above Philippines standard regarding the price you pay and a little bit away from the crowd (so it is quiet). The view for you breakfast is outstanding and the breakfast pretty good. The staff do...

The family went for an overnight stay over the weekend; no reservations made, so luckily there was a room available(which I think is the one pictured above!) . The tidiness of the room struck me first off: sofas covered in dust; comfort room stinks; cobwebs at the ceiling corners; door has no knob(!!);aircon can't be left open if you are...

The only good thing about this place is the view (make sure you get a room facing the ocean). For the rest everything was dirty and stinky, the toilet sink didn't work and was leaking for the two days we stayed there. Some of the staff members were helpful and nice, some totally unfriendly. Breakfast was not included in the...

It's our second time at this resort and the main reason we have returned is the affordability of the resort versus others near the area but we wish the resort really starts renovations. Rooms need a LOT of upgrading. Italso doesn't smell good inside the room. The bed is also old and needs new matresses. The breakfast though is quite...

The staff is nice and friendly. For the rest we wouldn't recommend it. The hotel needs an urgent renovation and it's crazy overpriced for what you get. The room was very basic, spider nest over the bed and in the tiny bathroom.

There are a lot of things I would complain about, but the main thing is that it was incredibly noisy at night. The "resort" (and the nearby resort, Mona Liza) had no sense of respect for guests that want to sleep early. When I complained about it to the front desk, I was basically told to "suck it up, it's...

Everything is basic, from the beds to bathroom to dining experience. 3 things that make them great are: 1 - Each room had so much space! Not just the suites but the single rooms too. And that's essential for beach lodging a think. 2 - Very affordable. Supposedly they havent increased their room rates since they opened years ago. So...
