If you're looking for a chill place to stay after your surfing at Playa Guiones, this is probably the best place you can find! Dinia is definitely the best host in town. Excellent service and great value!

The place is great all around. I have made multiple trips to Nosara, always choosing the Nosara Beach Hostel as my choice of stay. I feel like I am home with family, with Dinia, Andres and everyone, as well as the awesome chocolate labs. The hostel is a 2 minute walk from the beautiful Guiones beach, a nice quiet atmosphere...

My wife and I travelled to Playa Guiones in September 2013, and we were very happy to find this place. As far as I can tell, this place still keeps the Playa Guiones area within reach of backpackers or travelers/ surfers on a budget. And that is good, because it is a beautiful area! Dinia and Tony (the managers) are...

The place is very nice, lots of chairs and hammocks everywhere. There are 3 cool labradors, balance boards, Fußball, and the vibe is super active, just like a surf hostel should be. Dinia is extremely helpful and nice, and Tony, who is the guy running the show at night, he's a rockstar. His grilling is close to unbeatable and his...

This hostel is the nicest hostel I have stayed at so far in Costa Rica. Beautiful gardens, very clean, and very friendly staff (and dogs). I would recommend this hostel and also say it's great value for money. Try the Beach Dog restaurant just down the road for food (great for breakfast, lunch and dinner!) Forgot to mention - this...

I ended up at Nosara Beach Hostel by myself as I was traveling around Costa Rica. However, I stayed for three weeks because I feel in love with an amazing new eclectic group of friends. The accommodations were your basic bunks, but the community kitchen and dining area was wonderful. We made many meals together. Dee was a wonderful hostess!...

The owners and people who run the place are so friendly! They even gave us a small discount for staying as many nights as we did. They had laundry done for us and the place was always kept very clean. 24/7 somebody is there to watch over the place and everyone involved in taking care of the hostel are committed...

This hostel is amazing. Andre and staff are SO friendly and the guests feel right at home. There's a great big kitchen and nice porch to nap on after the long morning surf sessions. I highly recommend this hostel. There are monkeys every morning and the beach is steps away. What more do you want?

I traveled to Nosara Beach Hostel with three girls and we had the best time there. It was so close to the beach that we just walked right out of the door and had a splendid time. There is also a beautiful garden with hammocks and foosball tables to keep us entertained and give us a peaceful place for journaling...

I stayed for two weeks Feb.- March 2013, it was a 5 minute walk to the beach & free internet if you had you own computer. Staff was there 24 hour a day. I saw monkeys in the trees from the back porch. It was lovely. Nosara Beach is a surf town, you have to drive 1/2 to 1 hour...
