Stayed for 2 nights to work in the area. The hotel is surrounded by nature, there is green everywhere. The room was comfy, nice and clean and had just been remodeled so everything was impecable. Breakfast was included and both days I went for the local option and ordered an extra side of bacon (really good) and was really. Downsides is the prices for anything at the mini bar is veeeery expensive and there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom
The hotel is beautiful with nice details, however the price does not include more than a poor breakfast nothing elaborated. The restaurant that is at the entrance of the hotel is not managed by the hotel so the payment is at the moment and not charged to the room, you have to take this into account because normally inside the hotel do not charge money or cards and at the end of eating must cancel the account. Again the hotel is well has minimal services but the price paid leaves a lot to be desired. In my opinion in general Nosara prices are expensive compared to the rest of the country, maybe this may be the reason that my perception of the price is like this.I can not say that the hotel was a bad experience at all
Choosing Gardens was the best decision while planning the trip becauseyou get not only good equipped very clean room, numerous services, good breakfast but also a very friendly team of professionals who are ready to help you any time, to point you the best places to discover and share some secrets about the paradise called Nosara. My husband said this is the best place on the whole Pacific coast!
On the Guests Services Card of the The Gardens Hotel they state that their mission is to make sure "you have the best holiday ever". Seeing as we're super lucky to have had quite a few memorable holidays, we thought it was a tall order - but mission accomplished! The rooms and gardens are gorgeous and Spacialle (the GM) and her team really go out of their way to make sure you really do have the holiday of a lifetime. Also, Nosara - certainly off the beaten track, but worth every bone-jolt along the gravel roads - is exactly what your mind conjurs up when you hear the phrase "Pura Vida".
We are a small, eco sustainable resort located just steps from the surf in Playa Guiones and centrally located to neighborhood attractions. Each room is among lush, tropical mature gardens, giving you the …Morefeeling of being lost in nature all over our expansive flora filled property. We have a lounge area, lap pool, jacuzzi, kids pool and serve breakfast onsite. Less

Hola! We have many gay and lesbian friends who visit and enjoy our place and the area. There's no "scene" for the LGBT community, per se, in the area. We're just a small beach town with little places to eat and lots of activities to keep up with. Much of the population is devoted to water sports, yoga, health and fitness, so folks are just living in the present where anyone's sexuality is a non-issue. We hope this helps and happy planning!
