The B&B Hotel Roma Fiumicino Aeroporto Fiera 1 is celebrated for its clean, modern ambiance and the comfort of its rooms, albeit with some concerns regarding soundproofing and targeted cleaning needs. Guests have called out the professional and efficient staff, particularly for the hotel's convenient shuttle service.
While the hotel's minimalist decor and lighting receive mixed reviews, its strategic location near the airport, train station, and shopping facilities is a highlight for travelers. The overall value, including the praised shuttle and breakfast options, is widely recognized among guests.

Excellent hotel with a great location next to Rome airport, great service and super close to the train station and a large shopping center.
My only remark was that we came 3 people. 2 adults and one child and they didn't have a room to accommodate 3, we had to take 2 rooms (the child ended up sleeping with us of course) so we actually had one room that we paid for but didn't use. Still, the price was good even for 2 rooms.

Clean, but small and simple rooms. We were able to check in early. Next to train station (convenient to take into Rome). Decent breakfast included. Right next to very nice shopping mall. Close to airport (transport about 25 euros as I recall). Beds were comfortable. We were not able to control/turn on the A/C. If you are looking for something clean, modern, functional, and reasonably priced for a few nights stay near the Fiumicino airport I would recommend. Nothing to do in the surrounding area other than the mall or taking the train.

Room Tip:Â Cheaper to take a taxi or shuttle to/from the hotel. Fare to take the train was pretty expensive...

The location was great for us, as we needed something close to the airport and this was only 5 min away. The hotel personnel made sure we had everything we needed, including a shuttle to the airport for a small fee. There was a shopping center right next for where we got dinner and the hotel provided breakfast in the morning. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room clean and adequate for our stay.

If you're taking the train from anywhere in Italy, there's a stop about 20 steps from the hotel. If you're arriving by air, a 6 EUR shuttle is available. (Make sure t call ahead so the driver expects you.)
There's no restaurant in the hotel, but very inexpensive beverages, snacks, and microwavable meals are available in the lobby.
The rooms are efficient and tidy. It may be difficult to hang a long garment, or have a stand for anything more than a carry-on, but otherwise the room is all right. There is a small fridge in the room as well.

If you're flying from fiumicino, this hotel is a great choice, It is literally across the street from the Parco Leonardo train station, adjacent to a shopping center with restaurants and even a cinema. The hotel is new, the rooms are nicely decorated, clean and quiet, and the cost is way less than one of the "in-airport" hotels. The breakfast is good even in the midst of COVID. Fiumicino is 8 minutes by train, and the fare is less than 3 euros. You can buy your ticket at the station or through the Trainitalia app. The only negative was the heavy comforter on the bed, better suited for northern Europe than for the Roman climate. Having a lighter blanket available in the room would be a positive.

Great location if needing to stay near FCO airport, staff was very friendly and it’s literally right infront of the Parco Leonardo station. There was a mall as well, if you needed something. We stayed for one night because we trained from Milan to Rome. They also offer a shuttle service for 6 euros which was really convenient. It was definitely within budget overall and very nice. Thank you so much!

We wanted to be close to FCO with strike rumors floating. The clean, basic but well planned room and hotel had everything we needed at an affordable price with an outstanding buffet breakfast and airport shuttle if desired for a very reasonable extra charge. We would definitely stay here again. We especially appreciated the reserved seat on the shuttle at a specific time, having been at a hotel in Madrid where twice as many people as the vehicle would hold showed up and many had to wait for the shuttle to return.

This was an excellent hotel to stay at if you need something close to the airport- you can see it from the train stop, which makes getting to it with luggage really easy, and offered a shuttle service from the hotel to the airport (which was cheaper than taking the train the next day). The service was excellent and there was complimentary continental breakfast- even when we said we'd have to leave before the breakfast lounge was open they let us in early so we could get coffee and take-away pastries for the airport! The rooms were clean, and the hotel is literally right next to a mall with a grocery store (for snacks and dinner options). We really enjoyed being able to stay here for our last night in Italy, it made things really simple!

DO NOT TRUST THE POSITIVE REVIEWS! Not sure how this hotel has 4 star reviews but my guess is that these reviews are fake, if you look, a lot of the positive review individuals look to be fake profiles which were created to leave 1 review on this hotel. We stayed in the hotel since we were flying in to Rome late and then had an early flight home to the USA in the mornings so wanted a hotel convenient to the airport. Once checking in, we got to our double room on the 7th floor and once entering, the room had a smell of Marijuana and strong Musk, we requested a new room and then got a twin room on the 3rd level. The new room AC did not work and there were no other rooms so we were stuck in a 27 degree celsius room all night during the hottest part of the year. both rooms had mold in the showers, bugs on the walls, scratches and holes in the corner of the walls. The location was very interesting as when we arrived it seemed like a deserted creepy dark town, it did have an Italian restaurant open till 11 which we tried and it was shockingly not as bad as I expected. This is the last thing that anyone would want at the tail end of a trip. I would have rather slept in the lobby of this hotel than the rooms. I would say to splurge the 200-300 on a nice night sleep at one of the more reputable hotel's in the area.

The hotel is located at Parco Leonardo a shopping area near Fiumicino Airport but not too far away from Rome. Easily accessible by a free shuttle or an inexpensive train that brings you to city centre if needed. The check in is quick and staff is very helpful moreover one can do self check in at a machine at the entrance. Beds are cosy and the rooms excellent quality. At the reception one can get ready meals and even telephone charging cables, adapters or toiletries and make up for a good price. There is even the possibility to get a fidelity card that gets you points and 10% off the room rates and 5% off the buffet breakfast. Near the hotel one can find the shopping center with a great food choice as well such as pizza, pasta and meat dishes.
Will be definitely come back

Hi Chris, there is no private parking just near the hotels. If you have a Car with a lot of luggage I recommend you to take a hotel with more secured parking because B&B hotel parking is not secured at all and near a train station …
You can call the hotel and ask for the shuttle bus service which costs 6 Euro's/person.
A better option might be to take the train from the Airport to the Fumicino Parco Leonardo train station; which is ~20 meters from the Hotel's front door! As I recall, the ride costs ~8 Euro's/person and it takes just minutes to get there. You can buy your ticket at one of the kiosks inside the rail station in the Airport - it's super easy.
BTW, my wife and I loved the hotel, the mall next door, and the insanely easy access to the train headed into central Rome!
Have a great trip!
The shuttle runs early but I am not sure of the times. I thing the hotel's web site would have the run times. When I caught the shuttle it was right on time. So make sure you are out front a little early.
how early the airport shuttle starts? or by request?
