The hotel is in a convenient position, close to the sea and from the historical part of Sperlonga.
The management is familiar, very warm and pleasant.
The price is a little bit less then the surroundings and often it included dinner and beach place.
However...
My room was too small with a bed smaller than a standard double, a small bathroom, a small tv... the balcony is not physically separated from the of the other room but with a simple plant.
The dinner and breakfast were of average quality.
I may come back checking price and asking in advance for the room.

The owner was kind and helpful. The room was a little cramped and the bed was uncomfortable due to the very hard mattress.
Bathroom linen to be renewed. The somewhat minimal breakfast should be enriched with lactose-free and low-fat fruit and yogurt.

Nice hotel close to the beach. The owners are very friendly and helpful. When we asked for the way to a supermarket, we got the map for free. Also at the room free bottles of water, and a bottle of prosecco. Free parking space only for guests of the hotel. Next to the hotel are a lot of cats (nice if you like them, which I do). We had a good time, and hope to come again.

Hotel equipped with all the comforts to be a three star. We took a quadruple room with a bunk bed for the boys and even a fridge where you can cool your drinks without having to pay extra. Full breakfast and restaurant of the highest level (The flagship with Chef Salvatore extraordinary cook) with the addition of a very accurate cleaning both in the room and in the common areas make this hotel a structure to recommend also and especially for the price of stay not excessive (including parking space, umbrella and deck chairs on the beach) and for the professionalism of the owners and all the staff.
Highly recommended.

I asked to stay for one night and given the availability I asked the price. The first answer was €160.
Considering that I had already stayed overnight in 2017 at the price of €50 and noticed that the advertised price was €85, I asked for clarification and was told that it could go down to €140 by giving me breakfast. I deduced that the 3 star hotel had been renovated.
We slept in a room where the bed had been arranged in such a way that there was a wardrobe on one side and there were no light switches (justification: a customer had asked to change the arrangement),
The hairdryer switch was stuck (justification: I had to press harder).
In the morning I realized that there was no signal (justification: temporal cause it had to be retuned or I had mistakenly pressed the wrong button).
In the end I was told that my complaints were aimed at obtaining a discount (not requested) and therefore he asked me for €127 including the tourist tax (not specified on the receipt). to
NB: the price was not displayed in the room.

Hotel 50 meters away. from the sea, very close to the center and equipped with free parking on site. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff made our stay even more unforgettable. In particular, a heartfelt thank you to Mr. Alfredo, always ready to advise us and listen to us for any need, with extreme courtesy and kindness.
Room equipped with all comforts and with a view of the sea which allowed us to admire a wonderful sunrise and sunset. It was an impeccable stay and we are looking forward to returning in September. See you soon!

just do not stay here, the room smelled like it had not be opened in months, towels stank as well and we found them on the floor, poorly folded. The room was not clean. The appeal of this hotel is that it offered wifi, in fact we paid for that service... surprise surprise wifi was down throughout our stay and hotel staff did not try to offer any alternative (in fact it seems they had internet at the reception...) The TV did not work either, the digital tv reception was nonexistent, you could barely get 2 channels and not all the time, when they saw the tv did not work, they could have offered to unlock sky (a paying service for guests), but of course it didn't even cross their mind. Staff were generally either unhelpful or pointless... a plea for fellow travellers:

STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE!

A very warm and engaging hotel with charm and style by the sea. the access to the beach is great and the proximity to parking is not to far a way. We stayed on B&B which allowed us to Stroll into two and try the wide variety of culinary options available.

My husband and I have stayed numerous times at the hotel Grazie and have enjoyed
everything about this wonderful place. Alfredo and his family and staff have always been
gracious, helpful and welcoming!! The hotel itself is very beautiful and comfortable.
The food is excellent. The atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant and the physical
building is well designed and beautifully kept up and cleaned. All of the staff have been taught to be accommodating and kind as well. We would never stay any place else on the coast of Italy and give it the very higher recommendation! We have recommended it to many friends in Rome who continue to go there.

The rooms are tiny. We struggled to move around the room and not bump into furniture or our 3 small suitcases. The bed is quite comfy, cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. As soon as we checked in we noticed that the toilet was smelly. During our quite lengthy stay the toilet bowl has never been bleached. We had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times as it was that disgusting.
The rooms had zero soundproofing and we could hear our neighbours talk. This can be a great problem if you travel as a couple or simply need some privacy. There's no 'do not disturb' sign to be put on the door handle and you can't opt out from housekeeping. On two occasions when we stayed up late we were woken up by a housekeeper barging in to our room.
The TV had about 5 channels all in Italian. I only managed to turn the telly on once and other times it wouldn't work. There was a sign that the room came with sky TV and there were two remotes next to the sign. No information on how to turn it on whatsoever. No hotel leaflets or information on additional services or how to make the safe work.
We had free wifi in the room because we booked the hotel via Experia. As the owner pointed out we would have to pay for it otherwise. The breakfast was pretty poor with low quality ham and cheese and only corn flakes for cereal but the coffee was great and Andrea who brought the coffee was always friendly.
We only booked this hotel and not an apartment because it said that the sunbeds were included in the stay. It turned out they weren't and the owner told us we had to pay €25 per couple per day to use the hotel sunbeds. Alternatively we could pay €35 a day for a lunch/dinner at the hotel and we would have sunbeds for free. He didn't give us a menu to see what we could get for that money but judging by the local prices that's way too expensive. And the hotel restaurant lacks any atmosphere and is in need of a renovation. As we stayed in the end of September you would expect that the owner would want to negotiate the sunbed prices. Not in this case. We managed to find sunbeds for as little as €7.50 per couple on the beach itself. And they were much closer to the hotel than Grazia's sunbeds. Someone mentioned it before that their sunbeds are a good 15 minute walk from the hotel. They are when you make your way through the beach. Also there're strips of free beach here and there along the Sperlonga coast so all you need is a beach towel.

There is someting wrong in what you are writing : First reason you would not come back is you still have to finish to pay your stay: You left the hotel without payng the city tax and other services you asked us. The morning of your check out , when I saw you in your car , i asked you if you are leaving , you replied you're going to the supermarket. Do you remember if you payed to the supermarket? You forget to pay me! Second reason is you CANNOT come back to this hotel because other guest complained about the noise from your balcony when you was drunk in the night! Third reason is you attempted to pay not the reservation: details of a first credit card you used to pay your Not Refundable -Advanced Booking ( pay in advance to pay less) were not valid . Furthermore I received a request of more information from the bank of your credit card because you asked them to invalidate that transaction . YOU ARE A NOT ACCEPTABLE GUEST For 9 days our maids cannot clean your room as you were sleeping all the morning all days( your nights are to drink, ok! The problem is not what or how much you drink , but what you do when became drunk!). When you checked out they spent 4 hours in your room to let it presentable for new guests! Beach: You are not correct . I asked you 25 Euro per 1 day or 75.00 per 9 days. For 1 umbrella and two sunbeds on an hotel exclusive reserved area. When I ask services, I know I have to pay for that!. When I ask an exclusive service I know I have to pay more! Beach is free when you have lunch or diner with us. A different Menu was every day on the desk in front of our guests even coming just to say " Hallo Alfredo" . When you wake up you run outside the hotel without a "Good morning, people!" TV :Your room has satellitar channels . All free , there is not pay tv . Why you didn't ask me about that? Do not disturb signal is when you lock the room . Ask next time! "No hotel leaflets or information on additional services or how to make the safe work" And what about me at the reception completely at your disposal? Ask people , next time! You booked by Expedia and you had free wifi . Is it a problem if you have an additional free service as an Expedia customer? Breakfast time usually is from 8.00 to 9.30 . When you arrive ( the first of you four!) at 11.30 you cannot protest Not you , not your friend !
