It's not on the sea, but an easy 7 minute walk. Equipped with private parking on the -1 floor. The local parking could be improved, but it is still a great convenience. Interior and rooms, nothing to complain about. Excellent buffet breakfast on the veranda. The atmosphere is quiet and familiar. The center of Sperlonga (the seafront) is also within walking distance. I didn't try the restaurant for lunch and dinner.

We had been missing for a few years due to Covid, but I found the same atmosphere of warm and caring hospitality as before. Amazing hotel that made our stay in Sperlonga even more wonderful! It is located 5 minutes from the sea, but for us it wasn't a problem, as it is a pleasure to walk on nice Sperlonga streets. Beach is free and located about 8 minutes from the hotel. Clean room, free internet, good breakfast, very friendly staff, great Italian coffee and much more. We had only breakfast included, but evening coffee from the bar wasn't added to the bill. Coke in the mini bar is just 1 EUR.
Definitely recommend it to everybody who wants a comfort and quite stay.

Elaia is a nice family 3+ stars hotel in the Sperlonga valley. Location is tricky - Google maps give the wrong address, so make sure to find out how to get there. The advertised "200 m from the beach" is actually 500m+. The room was nice and clean, well conditioned. Good Italian breakfast, great espresso coffee. Free Wi-Fi. The staff was a bit lazy, however the room was cleaned daily. Just a couple of unpleasant things: we found the same dirty towel presented as new in our bath and the cleaning girl left some remains of hairband on our clothes. I would recommend it as a good family option

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, and already don’t want to leave. The beauty of Sperlonga is captivating, even though this May/ early June was unusually cold for Italy, so no real beach time for us. We definitely want to return to Sperlonga and this hotel in the near future.
Well-appointed rooms with blue and white color scheme, balcony for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The view from the balcony is beautiful- mountains and sea, and you can enjoy the breeze and fresh air.
The hotel has its private beach, which is 10 minutes walk. Nice little garden on the property and terrace for seating outside. Good breakfast- croissants, baked goods, ham, salami, cheese, fruits, yogurt with superfoods (nuts, açaí, berries, chia seeds etc.), juices, teas, coffees. Also option to eat 3 course dinner at their restaurant, which is a really nice meal.
Great service. Umberto and Tatiana were friendly, helpful and pleasant to interact with. We also were able to use their phone several times to call our travel agency and order excursions.
PS. Check out boat tours from Sperlonga that take you along the coast and give you a change to swim in natural grotto.

Последние несколько дней были очень жаркие и душные до обеда, а после 16:00 были грозы и шёл дождик) загорали только до обеда, а вечером выходили гулять в старый город. Наоборот было прохладнее и приятнее гулять. В конце сентября не знаю как повезёт, по прогнозам ещё тепло и вода хорошая... а как будет уже узнаете позже)) пусть Вам повезёт!

"Be careful to look for the hotel, cause the sign board says Elaia hotel is on the otherside of the road; the hotel doesnt have big sign on the top so we wandered around for nearly 2hrs looking for it. Could not ask people around cause they dont speak much English. Lucky we found a Police car, and we asked them. Phew!!! Very annoyed but once we enter the hotel, very satisfied that we chose it."
