Amazing hotel that made our stay in Sperlonga even more wonderful!
It is located 5 minutes from the sea, but for us it wasn't a problem, as it is a pleasure to walk on nice Sperlonga streets. Beach is free and located about 8 minutes from the hotel.
Clean room, free internet, good breakfast, very friendly staff, great Italian coffee and much more.
We had only breakfast included, but evening coffee from the bar wasn't added to the bill. Coke in the mini bar is just 1 EUR.

Definitely recommend it to everybody who wants a comfort and quite stay.

P.S. Visit beautiful Sperlonga, if you have a chance.

Elaia is a nice family 3+ stars hotel in the Sperlonga valley. Location is tricky - Google maps give the wrong address, so make sure to find out how to get there. The advertised "200 m from the beach" is actually 500m+. The room was nice and clean, well conditioned. Good Italian breakfast, great espresso coffee. Free Wi-Fi. The staff was a bit lazy, however the room was cleaned daily. Just a couple of unpleasant things: we found the same dirty towel presented as new in our bath and the cleaning girl left some remains of hairband on our clothes.
I would recommend it as a good family option

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, and already don’t want to leave. The beauty of Sperlonga is captivating, even though this May/ early June was unusually cold for Italy, so no real beach time for us. We definitely want to return to Sperlonga and this hotel in the near future.

Well-appointed rooms with blue and white color scheme, balcony for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The view from the balcony is beautiful- mountains and sea, and you can enjoy the breeze and fresh air.

The hotel has its private beach, which is 10 minutes walk.
Nice little garden on the property and terrace for seating outside. Good breakfast- croissants, baked goods, ham, salami, cheese, fruits, yogurt with superfoods (nuts, açaí, berries, chia seeds etc.), juices, teas, coffees. Also option to eat 3 course dinner at their restaurant, which is a really nice meal.

Great service. Umberto and Tatiana were friendly, helpful and pleasant to interact with. We also were able to use their phone several times to call our travel agency and order excursions.

PS. Check out boat tours from Sperlonga that take you along the coast and give you a change to swim in natural grotto.

Very clean hotel and room. Our room was spacious with a big bed and balcony. A nice view of the hills and a quiet residential Boulevard. The shower was small and you had to make sure the bottom part was closed so it didn't leak, which I learned right away. A really nice but simple breakfast in a large dining room where you could also eat out on the terrace which was lovely. We decided to participate in the 4 course dinner the hotel advertised one night. Not kidding, it was the best meal we had in Italy for the 7 days we were travelling around. It was really an outstanding meal and inexpensive. The hotel was about 5-10 min walk to the beach and the charming downtown area. The hotel gave us a ride to visit the Tiberio grotto for free. And for a fee, they arranged a taxi to the train station. We found the language a bit of a barrier, not a lot of English was understood, but that is to be expected.

We selected this hotel for an overnight stay in Sperlonga. The hotel is clean and comfortable, is conveniently situated and offers decent value. It is a new hotel and the rooms are well appointed. It is a short walk to the seafront and 15 minutes to the old town.

We stayed at this modern and pleasant hotel for 2 weeks in beginning of July -15. Umberto with family and staff made us feel very welcome and the service was great. Rooms are modern with a new feel to them, bathrooms are fresh. Rooms are cleaned every day by lovely staff always with smile on their faces! Breakfast included and you can order dinner, but we never did, though.
We highly recommend this nice family hotel!

We were sent here by the Caribineri after finding the hotel we had booked was closed. The owner was brilliant in sorting out a refund from the closed hotel, and helping us report a car accident to the police (a truck took out our wing mirror). So after a horrible start we ended up loving Sperlonga and this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights.

Good Italian breakfast with fresh fruit and proper italian coffee. Room was comfortable with a balcony with a view of the old town. Very quite and peaceful area, bit of a walk to their own beach or the old town. Sperlonga is a charming town with a beautiful sandy beach, good restaurants and nice atmosphere. Not overcrowded and mainly Italians holidaying there.

Short 15 minute drive to Fondi where you can get a train to rome. Secure parking next to the station for 3 euros.

Big thank you to Umberto and his sister for all the help they provided - outstanding customer service! (Big raspberry to Hotels.com who did nothing to help sort out the original booking problem.)

We stayed here for another 2 days on our way back from Amalfi, and would love to return again.

Thanks to Trip Ad, we found this lovely hotel. the location is very nice cause it is close to the beach, take you about 5 minutes to walk there ( take the short cut, straight to the beach). The staff are very helpful and friendly. Room is good and all the rooms have nice view. Equipt in the room are very modern, we dont even know how to turn on the AC but we were lucky with the weather, it is so cool so we dont need AC during our trip. COntinental breakfast is nice as well

Although a little more expensive that we would liked to have paid for 3 nights, this hotel was great. Very modern, comfortable and clean. We had a balcony room to the front of the builiding which was nice at time as it was still very warm and we could sit out and listen to the music from downstairs in the restaurant and we also were lucky to watch the fireworks on the night before the bank holiday.

The breakfast was lovely, continental as usual but very good quality produce compared to what is on offer in other italian hotels. The hotel staff were very friendly and although their english was limited and our italian even more sore, they made a huge effort to accomodate us at every opportunity. Wifi was available for guests but a thing to note is that it only worked in the foyer of the hotel. If you wanted to watch tv, none was available unless you were prepared to pay for sky. This did not affect us as we didnt want to watch tv.

All in all, i loved this hotel and would reccomend it.

The view to the mountain was great! The staff were friendly and tried hard to answer any questions.
The room was pleasant and organized. Shower room was clean, but had strange smell!
Beware of the deadly mosquitoes during the night.
Make sure to check any extra costs that might not be mentioned: city tax, beach.

"Be careful to look for the hotel, cause the sign board says Elaia hotel is on the otherside of the road; the hotel doesnt have big sign on the top so we wandered around for nearly 2hrs looking for it. Could not ask people around cause they dont speak much English. Lucky we found a Police car, and we asked them. Phew!!! Very annoyed but once we enter the hotel, very satisfied that we chose it."
