It's a shame, because the hotel is in an excellent position on the Ponente di Sperlonga beach, close to the town but in tranquility. Positive aspects: as mentioned, the location, rooms with sea view, excellent cleanliness, restaurant room and hall all with windows overlooking the sea, soft background music, kindness of the staff, daily change of bathroom linen, beach service, restaurant on the beach.
Negative aspects: dinner with small portions and little variety, especially as regards non-fish dishes; Can you offer stew with baked potatoes or sausage? Absurd! Fish dishes quite good but scarce, parsley this unknown, we didn't dare ask for an encore of some dish so as not to put them in difficulty. Same problems at breakfast: industrial jams, only white rolls and no other type of bread except the one in the toast box. Only upon repeated requests did wholemeal bread arrive in the form of cellophane-wrapped sandwiches from the supermarket with a price tag... The culture of hospitality in terms of catering is totally lacking, and it is not just a problem for this hotel. But 155 euros a day would be worth a different treatment! In addition, old and malfunctioning air conditioner, very noisy fan in the bathroom, toilet paper in the bathroom made of brownish recycled paper (while in the bathroom on the beach the toilet paper is beautiful and pleasant). Some requested interventions, for the fan and a dangerous metal hook in the bathroom, were not carried out. I will not return under these conditions. I'm sorry, because the staff is kind, but someone needs to tell the managers that the customer should be treated better. And for the restaurant, since we are also in the south, spend a little more money and take a refresher course for catering.

It is an exceptional accommodation facility, well looked after and very attentive to the well-being of the holiday maker, it is the true holiday that one expects, very relaxing and organized with two sunbeds and an umbrella on a private and well-cleaned beach (it looks like a Sardinian lido).
Then the town of Sperlonga offers you hundreds of opportunities to spend a good evening and in the end knowing that when you return to your room you will find it fresh and tidy is another pampering of the Hotel.

Amazing location with access to the private private beach directly with the hotel elevator. Very good beach service (1 of the 2 lifeguards priceless with the elderly) ..... Good structure with stairs to be restored because dated. Parking not very close but easily accessible by shuttle, but we did not need the car during the stay, so no problems. Restaurant with extremely courteous and polite staff, perhaps with some organizational shortcomings. Food appropriate to the category of the hotel. The only flaw: water not included with meals.
The hotel offers half Pension and lunch in the premises near the hotel is not easily accessible since when we were there was only 1 pizzeria open for lunch and on Tuesdays we had to go to the supermarket. The premises that were open were not cheap.
The town of Sperlonga is easily reached on foot through several stairs. The 'environment is very special and deserving sin a little carelessness of the municipal administration in cleaning the streets of the historic center invaded by waste recycling.
Waterfront enough movement but not too much, suitable for a relaxing holiday and not nightlife.
Finally the sea..... maybe I expected it more crystal clear, but overall well usable for adults and children.

The strong point of this hotel is the wonderful location;
it is practically located on the beach and together with the price of the room, (excellent price) at least in this period, there were umbrellas and sunbeds included. The breakfast was good, sweet and savory.
The room, with a small balcony, directly overlooked the sea and it was wonderful to see the Sperlonga sunsets every evening. The cleanliness is good, perhaps the bathroom needs a few more shelves and a larger shower, but overall our opinion is positive.

I have been a regular customer of this establishment for many, many years.
I was really disappointed by the staff present who welcomed us with an unimaginable coldness. When we left they even asked us at 8.15 in the morning if we had already left the room... for the series... are you kicking us out? The cuisine is disappointing, not like a hotel restaurant but with dishes similar to a company canteen.
Well done, however, the lifeguards, the cleaning ladies and the guys at the restaurant bar... we really enjoyed our time there, we ate very well at lunch. I recommend it even if you are not a guest of the facility.
The sea is always wonderful. The structure is always wonderful. It's a shame because the people at the front office are really unpleasant and above all in 10 days they have never given anyone a smile. Maybe they would have included that in the price too? The difference is always made by people... if they are friendly and helpful because as tourists we bring our money to you.

Excellent location, directly on the private beach with only three rows of umbrellas.
The rooms with a terrace overlooking the sea offer a breathtaking view, especially at sunset. The rooms are quite spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant is appreciated for the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff.

...starting with the positive notes.
Nice structure, great location on mare..camere beautiful but only those with sea view..restaurant and panoramic bar , friendly and helpful waiters as well as the beach guys: Emanuele and Alessandro, very kind and nice. Too bad I can't say the same about the reception staff (I'm talking about women) rude, not at all welcoming and cold and rude manners ... rarely I've stayed in a hotel and received such treatment. More than a 3/4 star hotel .. it looks like a military barracks .. sorry but guests are not treated so .. kindness is an obligation for those who do this job ... and that's what makes the customer return!! I will certainly return to Sperlonga but not to you... exaggerated prices for a scarce treatment .. the customer needs human warmth, kindness and availability not strict rules because he is on vacation and pays you handsomely. Reflect!!

I recently had lunch at Ristobar Amyclae, Sperlonga, I was impressed, both by the exquisite cuisine, and by the impeccable service. The menu featured a variety of cold and hot dishes, with bold flavors and a beautiful presentation. Excellent location and fantastic sea view from the room. Negative notes: very small room, access to the shower practically from the toilet, but what's worse is the food, poor quality and also badly cooked. On the other hand, from the table there is a beautiful view of the sea. We won't be returning

Lovely clean hotel in great location. The private beach is a great addition. Rooms are small but clean. No tea/Coffee facilties. Shower and bed fine. The room had a balcony which overlooked the sea.
Breakfast was small but enough to get going. Tea/Coffee, cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt. The only downside is the parking. You have to park up outside and go in to the hotel to get a fob to get into the car park. This would be an issue if you the area is busy. Also checking out we had to sit in the car park waiting for the staff to come open the barrier. Would be worth considering the hotel having a camera at the car park and watching people arrive and leave.
All in all lovely hotel.
