This property is getting a little old BUT everything works, the staff are friendly and any problems they handle immediately. The apartments are again looking a little out of date but they are spotlessly clean, and I mean spotlessly! The location is fantastic with breathtaking views and close to the beautiful old town of Cavalese. Lots of restaurants nearby, but...

I come here every year for one week as it is definitely one of my favourite places! The residence is a place that can really make me feel at Home! It can host me and my boyfriend and up to 4 friends of us eventually :) and we can really live like locals! It is incredibly well placed, close enough...

Everything what people wrote before me are true, but the place is generally OK. This is not 5 star hotel or villa but is very good for couples, friends and family to stay for weekend or two (as me). Any troubles result probably from Italian style and its mentality. "Take it easy" is enough to spend the time there with...

This time share is located in a beautiful area, needing a car to see the area, but one can actually walk into town (if you don't mind a 30 min. walk). The unit was just fine - we had 2 bedrooms (one with bunk beds-not our favourite), but the space was good and reasonably comfortable. There were extra charges for...

After a wonderful week in Switzerland & Austria, with great accomodation & wonderful staff, we arrived at Casa Cavalese in Italy, our excitement was tangible, but that was soon to change. The managers were very helpful to their fellows Italians, but unbelievebly rude to us as foreigners. The power kept cutting out as you could only use one appliance at...

Very disappointing. We took another couple and I felt bad about the place. We have always had wonderful experiences with RCI. We have stayed in Spain and the Canary Islands and had lovely places, so I can't say its just because it is in Europe. Hard to find the man in charge. Tough luck if your plane gets in late....

We obtained this place by trading our timeshare. Was it a fair trade? No. We were unable to get in touch with anyone via e-mail. Several attempts were left unanswered. We finally purchased a calling card and even that took time to actually get a live person. Once we arrived, we knew why. Very, very limited hours and we were...
