Had two nights here. The area is beautiful but the hotel and rooms not as we imagined from the pictures on the website. The hotel needs updating with a coat of paint and new carpets. We had an issue with the shower/bath not working properly and a member of staff did try their best to rectify it. We were offered...

We had a two nights stay in the glencoe Inn with dinner bed and breakfast package. Very good standard of customer service and dogs welcome too. We nearly had a falling out as when booking we checked by phoning and then booked under the understanding that dogs "no restrictions" and twice had different staff questioning whether the dog was allowed...

Touring the West Highlands and this was a two night stay. By far the most expensive and by far the worst. Upon arrival we were shown to our room (a box), we expressed our disappointment and were given a family room. Our room and generally the whole hotel is in need of an upgrade. The carpet in our room looked...

From the gracious welcome, to the excellent dinner and breakfast, and the convenient location near Glen Coe, this was a good stay. The hotel is older, our room small, but quite comfortable, and the bathroom large with a real, large, traditional tub! The hotel picture one sees is from the back, so the inn slips up on you, sitting right...

Dear Guest, Fantastic review , you have summed us up so well and highlighted all of our strengths and what this area is all about, I will certainly be passing all your glowing comments on to the entire team, whom all work so very hard to provide an enjoyable stay and fantastic food. A very big thank you on behalf...

What a disappointment! I should have read trip advisor as the Inn certainly advertised itself on the website which did not live up to the hype. The room was basic with old worn furniture, the wardrobe was a rail in the corner of the room and the bathroom was a built in cubbyhole which left a lot to be desired....

What a wonderful little inn! Not bad quality for what you pay. Stayed in February and enjoyed our weekend there. Staff are all so friendly and welcoming. Cosy little bar with a fire place. Also can't forget the breakfasts, great amount for what you pay, will definitely be back

I booked 2 rooms for myself and partner and daughter and son-in-law and their son. I had made 2 requests for a travel cot in my daughters room but on check in this was not in the room. They asked for one from reception and then spent some time trying to put it up. It turned out it was actually...

On arrival at the hotel we were told we had an 11pm curfew which isn't ideal and this was not stated on the website. We were given no information on what to do if for any reason we were unable to make it back by then, just that we would be out until 7am the next morning. Perhaps allow guests...

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night. The place was spotlessly clean with lovely decor and the reception staff were very friendly. That's the best I can say and for most people this is all they need. However, the room we were in was quite small and shook anytime anything larger than a car went past. The water...

Dear Guest Thank you for your views and comments, water pressure has not been a problem in the past, we have checked this out now, and the best we can conclude that there was a particular high demand and possibly an air lock in the system from routine boiler maintence carried out around the period in question, apologies for the...

We booked the Glencoe Inn on a dinner bed and breakfast deal. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by a friendly member of staff, talked through booking our dinner slot and breakfast and off to our room. Room was extremely small. Nothing like on their website. We decided to not mention it as it was a good deal,...
