Friendly, welcoming hosts. Immaculate, spacious rooms. Dry room for wet hiking gear. Excellent breakfast. Plenty of parking. Prime location at the entrance to Glencoe Valley. Can't beat staying at Dunire!
We spent two nights at Dunire last week.
It was spotless and the breakfast the best we have had at a b and b for a long time.Beautifully cooked and served.
The facilities are excellent. Good beds and all en suite.A very comfortable room.

first off, you will definately enjoy your stay in the Dunire! As mentioned previously, the Cafe just next door is lovely for a wee coffee and The Gathering is good for lunch or dinner and some evenings they have entertainment and you can have a great time as everyone joins in! The only drawback about it is sometimes you have to wait a wee while for your order, depending on how busy it is, but the food is good. Next door is the more formal Glencoe Inn, nice for a wee romantic meal.
The scenery in the area is outstanding and there are loads of walks you will enjoy, and they can be as strenuous or easy as you like. Glencoe Lochen is beautiful and a 'must see', although it is a wee walk but well sign posted. You can get the bus just a few yards from the Dunire into Fort William, another wonderful place with plenty of good shops! Or a couple of bus stops away is Kinlochleven. If you go to the Visitor Centre, you can book a Safari trip round the historic sites of Glencoe, well worth it, and there are a few other trips you can go on. I am sure you will not be disappointed with your visit! Have a great time and get a lot of lovely memories.
