Mike and Jenny's place was absolutely amazing! The seaview is gorgeous and the room is very spacious. The location is excellent - you are right by the beach and 15 minutes' drive to the Nugget Point Lighthouse. I stayed here with my partner and we got engaged during our stay. Jenny was absolutely wonderful and prepared a homemade meal for...

If you can, you must stay at Mike and Jenny's. The room here is not a luxury suite, but the furnishings and decor are eclectic and comfortable. We had our best nights' sleep yet here. The views are to die for, and Mike and Jenny are innkeepers out of a dream. Upon our arrival, Jenny insisted that we turn over...

Waking up in the morning & being able to see the sea from your bed is a wonderful experience. And that's what you get at Jenny & Mike's Unit 1. What a privilege. Comfortable unit, very reasonable price, friendly & helpful hosts. The unit is basic but has everything you need & is in such a beautiful location - why...

The hospitality was superb, it would be very difficult to find anywhere where you would be made more welcome. Your hosts have a wealth of local knowledge, which there are keen to share with you. In their garden is a garden seat which over looks the ocean. Their location is very central, that is, at the bottom of a private...

we stayed in their house during winter for $80 NZD only. You have your own microwave, kettle, bathrooms, toasters. Therefore you can stay in your room to cook the breakfast / dinner without going to share kitchen. There is Balcony which you can see the beach. (We see aurora at night which is very beautiful when taking the picture)

We found Jenny and Mike's on the off chance when we were walking around Kaka Point. I'm so glad we did. Jenny was instantly warm and friendly. The room was perfect with a beautiful view, and Jenny was very accommodating. She even gave us an electric fry pan so we could cook something, and lots of treats from the garden....

Great position, great views, excellent hosts exceptional value for money. Any photographers visiting to shoot Nugget Point should stay here. There are 2 units we were in the studio which was perfect for us. Steps lead down to a bar restaurant for those of us who don't want to com while on holiday.

This is the greatest place ever! Huge room space, just across from the beach, views that made our magazine editor drool - right from our front door. Even showing up in motorcycle gear, we were welcomed by Jenny, who welcomed further m'cycle tourists (of an age) and made sure we could get our panniers and gear up the steps. Once...

A warm welcome from Jenny our lovely host made us feel right at home. Comfortable, spacious, well equipped room too. Our own little outside area to sit and marvel at the view overlooking the sea was just wonderful. Mike and Jenny were full of helpful advice of what to visit in the area too. Will never forget their generosity and...
