Very clean and comfortable rooms. Decor is dated even though the rooms seem to have been updated recently. Floors have laminate. Air conditioner in room did not cool very well. We had a second floor room facing the front/bay but had to move to another room as TV did not work. As it turned out that was a good thing. The room at the front was noisy due to vehicles on the road (seems like every guy in town, regardless of the size of vehicle, had to make it sound like a 747... think harley's on steroids!) Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and when we reported the TV did their best to get it to work but when it didn't moved us to a new room. Rooms have microwave and fridge.

The basic layout is that of a drive up motel with ground floor rooms facing the main street and others facing the back parking lot. Second floor rooms are accessible by stairs only. The continental breakfast was not available due to pandemic regulations. The staff was very conscientious about sterilizing public areas.

Room Tip: While the view is better facing the road/bay, it is noisy. For quiet ask for room facing the back.

The Auberge Centre-Ville is a pleasant, clean place to stay. The room that I stayed in was large and comfortable. The description of the auberge on line is exactly what you get - maybe even a little better. The staff are friendly and helpful about places to eat, and how to find places in town. There is no restaurant at the inn, but a free continental breakfast is provided. Good value for the traveller.

Stayed here for a few days and had no complaints at all. We had room 13 and it was updated and very clean. Would definitely stay again when we return to New Brunswick. Staff very helpful and spoke English as well as French. Continental breakfast excellent. Highly recommend.

I called to inquiry about vacancies for 1 person, and was answered to very rudely when I expressed my ambivalence to what kind of room/bed was given to me (last minute on business and would have taken anything) , that I simply said Thank you, hung up and called a resort hotel who's representative was extremely helpful in offering my different options instead of assuming I already knew what was available... I can't imagine how someone lacking customer service skills over the phone would be in person. I was afraid to step foot in the place.

I didn't stay here, nor will I ever.

We stopped here on a whim as it was a rainy day! Not much is said in the tour books about Tracadie-Sheila! This was a lovely Motel, clean units with new fridge, microwave, small table, well appointed and great bathroom! Clean new beds, and homey touches! The front desk staff was super! We opted to stay in and visited the nearby Superstore, lots of options! Excellent, clean washer and dryers in front office area, $6 for a full load of wash and drying! Great! Beautiful view of the harbour! Room includes continental breakfast until 10 am! Lots of brochures in lobby both English and French! Would recommend to anyone, on a lovely day bench outside each room! Park at your front door and relax!

This motel is very conveniently located just across the bridge from the main street and you can reach the restaurants and pubs with just a short walk. Our room was very clean, the bathroom was especially spotless which can't be said about all motels and the room itself provided enough space for our needs (just stayed one night). The price was very fair and all in all we would rate this motel a very good average. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

The room was very clean. It included a Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is no carpet in the room so you know that the floor is clean. The Wireless internet is very fast. Friendly staff. I will go back when I am in that region.

Doing road support for my husband and friend who were biking the North shore. What a great find in Tracadie. Jeanne was amazing. Can you say customer service? Not only did she call our cell to say room was ready, she let us “steal” a couple wine glasses to go across the street to have a picnic along the River. Great balcony rooms, working AC and comfie pillow top beds. Would definitely stay again

I come to Tracadie every year or two to visit family and friends. I stay at the Auberge and either get a room or one of the cottage suites. I am always treated VERY well there by the staff, the rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast is very good with lots of choice. The views from the rooms are beautiful....looking out onto the Tracadie River with the boardwalk. Behind the hotel is a nice bike path. I never want to stay anywhere else.
