We booked this hotel via Thompson holiday paid extra to become half board, what a waste of money that was. The brochure portrays it as a big hotel, but really it's just rooms with a reception, you have to go to a fabrika Restaraunt over the road to eat. Breakfast was the normal buffet style and wasn't to bad it...

We booked this holiday fairly late in July through Thomson Holidays (more of them later) and partly going off the positive reviews, which we appreciate are subjective. We booked via Thomsons a sea view room and paid a supplement for this. A week before we went (Our holiday was 20 September for 2 weeks) we noticed some awful reviews appeared...

This is a great place. Ignore the negative reviews. Staff, reception and cleaners, are extremely polite and friendly. On the beach with no hidden extra costs for wifi, sun beds, safe, air con etc. Just about to watch my last sunrise before heading home after a two weeks fantastic stay.

Just returned from a week at this lovely hotel. The staff cannot do enough for you and reception were attentive, polite and accommodating. The rooms are basic but this is Greece, they are cleaned daily to a very high standard. Ignore the negative reviews and just enjoy. The swimming pool is lovely, breakfast at the bar next door was great,...

Arrived to be told that there had been a double booking for the first night, and was whisked off to nearby hotel - which fortunately was very good, for one night. Not a good start. However once settled, had a lovely time. Everyone was very helpful, and hospitable. Happy to help if asked. Location literally minutes from the black sand...

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff. A young lady at the check in desk was so helpful in assisting us with booking a sunset yacht trip with Caldera Yachting and with renting ATV's on a few occasions. The hotel is clean, small but comfy. The bathroom was very small and because it's a wet floor type...

My husband and I have just returned from a week staying at this lovely hotel. It's in a wonderful location just across from a great beach. We stayed in room 21 which was perfect. This room was on the top floor (its only 2 stories high). There is a balcony looking across the sea. The bed was kingsize. The room...

Just returned from a week at the Anemos Beach Lounge, had a wonderful relaxing time there. The staff can't do enough for you. Extremely clean, room serviced daily. Breakfast provided at their Fabrica Bar and Restaurant next door, good choice of hot and cold food, fresh fruit, juices etc. Good private beach with free sunbeams and drinks and food service....

We were sent to this hell hole after Thomson decided to change our hotel AND resort at the last minute. As we were unable to change our holiday due to Thomsons unavailable (surprise, surprise) change hotline we were forced to put up with this place. Our room was very poor and I shall go on and tell everyone why. Our...

We arrived to the hotel and were quickly told that "because" we booked on their internal site and NOT a third party (eg booking.com etc) that we would have to move to another hotel as they were overbooked. The hotel we were moved to was amazing but unfortunately we had to return. I saw the same thing happen to another...
