I was looking for a sort of aparthotel for my week-long stay in Sainte-Luce, and the Les Créolines hotel residence perfectly met all my expectations. The studio allocated to me was very pleasant, perfect for one person, clean and with a view of the swimming pool from the balcony. The only downside: the kitchen was outside on the balcony, and when it's like that, you're twice as hot and you have to be even more careful about storing food that you don't put in the fridge.
Please note, this is not a hotel so it is up to you to clean if you wish, change the towels and sheets (possible to do this every 3 days) or even take out the trash. You must also plan to bring back or buy on site all the daily necessities, including toilet paper, paper towels, sponges, cleaning products, trash bags, soap, etc. It's worth it if you plan to stay at least a week and cook your own food. For shopping, there is a Carrefour Express just 3 minutes away by car.
The reception is supposed to be open all day: I observed that this was not often the case but if necessary, just call and the very friendly owner arrives within 5 minutes. You have the possibility to use the washing machine and buy a dose of detergent for 1€ I believe, and to come back and shower after 11 a.m. on the day of your departure if your return flight is quite late, in a specially designed shower cabin. designed for this purpose.
The apartments are not well insulated at all, but it is still very quiet because there are few people, at least in low season because I imagine it must be different in July/August. I was personally there only to sleep, eat and take a little rest because I had come specially for a dance festival, but it seems to me that the atmosphere is quite friendly because I noticed that certain guests of the residence had their dinner together in the evening at the table near the swimming pool. So I think that the Les Créolines residence can appeal to people who enjoy meeting other vacationers.

Very nice hotel 5 min. walk to the beach. All rooms include a kitchen, beautiful swimming pool, friendly atmosphere and very welcome by the super friendly owner. Very quiet as a hotel, this is my 3rd time and never disappointed. Few children, the majority of clients are couples. For your clothes, washer available. Everything can be done on foot, pharmacy, grocery store 1 km, and several restaurants accessible nearby. We take the bus from the airport to get there and spend our stay without car., which is wonderful.

The owners: Dominique and her husband are very pleasant and accommodating, they also give good advice for car rentals, excursions... this residence is suitable for a family stay. Along with 30 other people, we stayed at Les Créolines for 7 days. Excellent location and environment also for larger gatherings. The apartment was cozy and well-kept. Additionally, a sizable area where everyone might gather to cook was available. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the beach. The pool and the grounds are wonderful.
The staff was really helpful and friendly.

It was our... I don't know anymore, maybe 15th stay at Les Créolines, and we are delighted each time to find this almost ideal location, Nicola's relaxed and efficient welcome. A stone's throw from beautiful beaches and the town center of Sainte-Luce, it remains a must for us.

The town is beautiful and the hotel is not far from the beach. The room is very small with very basic furniture and linens. No phone in the room, limited front desk hours, no assistance to book tours, no room service. There are no activities for children except the pool. The hotel description is not accurate, since it is not really a hotel.

Bonjour Désolé mais effectivement il ne s'agit pas d'un hotel , mais d'une résidence hoteliere . La réception n'est donc pas ouverte 24h/24 et le service de chambre n'existe pas ( ce qui explique la différence de prix avec un hotel ! ). Dommage que vous n'ayez pas eu les informations voulues quand aux excursions , nous orientons nos clients vers divers prestataires que nous connaissons mais peut-être que ce n'est pas assez , à nous de revoir tout ca ..

We stayed at this hotel for 9 days and we liked it. The hotel is situated in a nice area, not far from the village center ( only 5 minutes by walk). Very nice and helpful owner, everything was "no problem" for him :) The room was big with fully equipped kitchen on balcony for very reasonable price, internet access included.There is really nice pool and garden. Everything was really perfect except room service .. there wasn't room service everyday ( we knew about it). I recommend this place for everyone.

We spent a great week in Les Creolines with the brilliant hospitality provided by Dominique. The self-contained apartment was clean and comfortable with an outdoor kitchenette/dining area. There is a great pool for cooling off, and the wi-fi was very good. It is only a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach (and the lovely coastal walk), 10-15 minute walk to the small town of Sainte-Luce, and its very close to a few nearby restaurants. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Les Creolines for ten days in March. It is located in Saint Luce, about 250 yards from the beach. It is a small French style hotel with all the basics: pool, well equipped kitchen and, most important a wonderful manager. Nicola and his wife Dominique are charming, gracious and wonderfully helpful. The hotel does not have a restaurant or maid service but that is as advertised and we enjoyed it thoroughly. We ate our breakfast on the porch, our lunches out while at the beach or exploring and every other evening we prepared our own meals. We were the only native English speakers but it was never a problem as Nicola is quite fluent.
