Pierre & Vacances Villages Sainte Luce garners appreciation for its attentive staff and prime seaside location that offers stunning sunsets and scenic views, as highlighted by numerous guests. The atmosphere and cleanliness levels receive mixed feedback, with some guests finding the surroundings warm and inviting while others encounter areas that feel unwelcoming and less maintained. Room opinions vary, noting both cleanliness and practicality alongside maintenance concerns and dated decor. Despite the beautiful pool and gardens, the value is often questioned due to high costs and overcrowded facilities.

After testing the daypass we tested the 1 week stay. I will not comment on the room as we rented directly from a landlord.
As for the structure the exteriors are rather well maintained, the view is very nice, the friendly staff (except a gentleman serving eggs at breakfast who settles scores with his chef or colleague in front of customers waiting while they have a remote conversion so the gentleman speaks very loudly in front of us to be heard: surreal scene!), the animators are very nice and do not make tons while offering lots of things, access to games or balls in the pool is really appreciable for the children. Regarding the pool , it is certainly beautiful but I have a suggestion for you stone and holidays so that swimming is really nice: clean it every night as is done in large structures!! It is really not clean at the bottom: a robot would do the trick and the liner peels off it is not pleasant. I never saw anyone cleaning it and my apartment was right across the street. When you have a beach nearby even if you go in the shower you bring back sand it is inevitable. If only there was sand...many other things at the bottom of the pool that are quickly removed by cleaning it every night. There really is very borderline. Too bad the booth is not or more a bar really too bad because it lends itself completely. Too bad there are not enough umbrellas and a small lack of deckchairs.
And let’s talk meals: so excuse me we have tested all the formulas what you offer is too expensive! Breakfast is not good (ex: white ham 🤮 all frozen pastries not good sausages we expect more fresh fruit....brief to review for this price) and it is better the quality than the quantity and price of the buffet 35 euros!!! I'm shocked. It's not very good except maybe the hot dishes that are well cooked. I know everything is expensive in Martinique but I am sure you could do better. And the price of drinks at the bar also seems excessive.
Anyway the place is nice but still things to consider but I'm sure you will since that's what you answer every time😉

Currently in the village for 2 weeks I finish my stay tomorrow and I had a good stay overall the gardens are really a plus as well as the view and sunset we have every night. Regarding meals I find really expensive meals in the restaurant 35 € for a buffet in the evening and 49 € per person for half board , fortunately there is the snack that offers good things not too expensive but at 2pm there is already not much more! Regarding the rooms it goes everything is there to be able to eat on the terrace. Every 3 days the maid comes to change the sheets and towels but since 5 days no one has come I went to inquire and as we leave tomorrow well I was told that it was normal that no one would come! I had to ask for toilet paper at the front desk. I still find it really shameful because just because you leave doesn't mean you can't benefit from room services. This is my 2nd stay in a stone and vacation but I think the last. In conclusion disappointed prices it would be cheaper it would attract the customer. We're in a village, not a 5-star.

Nie and pleasant antourage , well maintained park, piscine for everybody, karaoke, gym, playground, delicious food if you book for demi pension, lovely balcony dotated with kitchen if you choose to cook for yourself, interconnected rooms if you travel in larger group, pet friendly resort with surcharge, scubadive option available, security by the entrance gives you safe feeling.

👎-
Boufet stile restaurant all the time, not only for breakfast, no HKP during your stay- you have to bring or buy your own shampoo & shower gel, no access to actual private beach (the beach on the resort's site is actually a public beach where pets are not allowed! ‐ actually very few beaches give free access for pets!), you have to clean the balcony kitchen if you used it before departure (they place a cute cleaning kit for that), also take off linen, bring garbage to designated area and separate them selectively, if you do not do so a 200€ surcharge will be made on your registered card.

Overall nice, chilled ambience, let the stress out resort, where you can be as independent as you want, without any annoying HKP, Butler, Waiter, Barwaiter botherings! 😊😒

We had a great stay in MAY 2023 unfortunately our experience in August 2024 was disappointing:

- room allocated at 17h20 while check-in is scheduled at 16h.

- poorly maintained room, dust, broken electrical outlet.
Old room that deserves a new one.
A soap dispenser for the shower would be more pleasant because 1 mini shower gel for a weekend for a family of three is not enough.

- towels and sheets are not changed every day.
The room is not cleaned every day but only from the 8th day.
Yet in other hotels with similar rates this is the case every day.

Meals:
The dinner buffet is not very varied (the same meal is served during the lunch buffet) and very average in terms of taste.
We are only allowed water at dinner, juices are extra (which was not the case when we came in 2023).

Breakfast is good but a lot of waiting because the dishes are not made available right away.
Too bad we have to rid our trays alone which leads to breaks in the dishes and an unwelcoming room because dirty tables.
In other hotels this is not the case because there are servers.

The pool: beautiful but it was not always clean (vomit/stool/hair).
The Jaccuzi is cold shame.
The bottom of the pool peels off.

We had a garden, unfortunately the grass was not mowed so it was not pleasant and unusable.

Very disappointed with this experience at stone and holidays.

We have just returned from 10 days of unforgettable vacation in this family establishment.
As soon as we arrived, the welcome was perfect and very quick thanks to the professionalism of the young reception agent.
It was only the beginning of some great encounters because all the staff take great care to ensure that you have an excellent vacation.
Everything is perfect, from the kitchen (we were half board) to the cleanliness of the common areas and the apartments, including the perfectly maintained gardens.
The swimming pool is very clean and there are quite a few deckchairs.
You have a small, very pleasant beach nearby or the very beautiful Gros Grapes beach 10 minutes away via a path that runs along the sea.
You can book a vehicle with the Jumbo Car agency with Enrico who will give you very good advice as well as excursions with Marie-line who will take your requests into account and offer you those that suit you best.
For information, access to the swimming pool is allowed for a fee to locals on weekends, which leads to more people and fewer places so we advise you to organize your excursions or to prefer the beach these days until 5 p.m.
We will come back with great pleasure for the landscapes and especially the kindness of the Martinicans.

15 day stay in this holiday hotel and this is where I will come back if I return to Martinique. Very nice hotel, Creole style accommodation and the rooms are very practical small studios with outdoor kitchen. Unlike many, I mainly used the hotel to sleep and for half-board meals (I recommend, very good and varied and more economical than outside), spending my stay in the swimming pool very little for me. If you come to Martinique, the Pierre et Vacances hotel will be a very good choice, for what it offers and its ideal location.

No water for 4 days in the residence, impossible to flush the toilet, wash or cook.
No help from Pierre and advances we have to shower with the trash cans.

Even a container to help us was not bought by Pierre et vacances.
It's a shame!
People queue to be able to wash in the fountains.

Pierre et Vacances is not even able to provide cans to at least wash us.

On the other hand, to take our money that we spend with you every day, you are very present.

In addition, the sheets are stained, hygiene in this establishment is completely non-existent.

Never come here it's the third world

We spent 10 days in this Pierre et Vacances.
To start, the setting and location are really great, all kinds of colorful plants in the green spaces. The buffet is well stocked with local products (special mention for the breakfast jams!).

On the other hand, a few negative points: a parking lot that quickly fills up given the number of accommodations, rooms which could really do with a refresh (moldy furniture and lampshades in one of the accommodations), peeling paint, floor which remains damp and slippery. permanently....a little disappointed with the "Pierre et vacances standing" given the price.

But the big downside is undoubtedly the very loud music with the bass at full volume in the evening (even one evening until 2 a.m.). Zoucker is good but being able to sleep is better for the holidays and I am a deep sleeper!

Came as a couple for a week.
Staff for welcoming check-in
Being in local school week, the pass days dedicated to locals fill the pool and restaurants.
Not enough sunbeds, not enough umbrellas.
The pool liner is very tired or even dead. Take off on the entire pool not very nice and not very clean on the ground even at 8:30 in the morning when opening. Too bad.
Room with nice park view with terrace. However not of a level of a 3 stars , bathroom to be completely refreshed with paint that flakes to the loose ceiling gondola old and damaged tiles.
Completely dead chamber window seal takes off, central window full of fog. Anyway, nothing crazy.
Fridge still in a state of freezing not appropriate to leave outside certainly.
Parking, attention not enough room for everyone, do not delay the afternoon otherwise parking outside in the middle of the works not great.
The beach of the hotel invaded by locals with barbecue music all day not too relaxing.
Hotel bar too expensive with minimum basic service.
In conclusion, a hotel with definite potential, which needs a refreshment and too crowded on weekends and local school holidays.
Too bad this information is not given to the booking by an alert or information.

Superb exteriors, well maintained.
Very clean and comfortable apartment.
As for the on-site restaurant: I clearly do not recommend the all-you-can-eat buffet which is expensive considering what is offered.
On the other hand, the pizzas that are sold right next door are very good and clearly more reasonable in terms of price.
The location is rather nice because you can generally access almost the entire island without having to drive too far.
The beach located right next door and directly accessible is really very pretty and has nothing to envy of the other beaches on the island.
You can even access St Luce on foot along the beach and drink a coffee or eat by the sea. There is even a small market where you can buy food.
Good experience
