Very impressed with the hotel, nice gentleman Rory booked us in and showed us around and to our room, liked the room, the view over the garden and the Koi carp pond. The shower was amazing, and the bar had everything we could want.

This place does not pretend to be anything it is not, it is well priced and delivers great value at that price. It is now my go to when i am in the area for business. Oh and decent grub too with a well stocked honesty bar!

A nice quiet private hotel set off the Guildford road . Good sized bed rooms, very clean and comfortable, the staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfast is good. Ample off road parking and a very nice garden to sit in when the weather is ambivalent. A good stop off when traveling.

I stayed here for one night before travelling on from Guildford the next day. Unfortunately I arrived after reception closed, but the receptionist contacted me beforehand and was so helpful when telling me how to enter my room which was greatly appreciated. The room was clean, modern with an amazing shower and free Wifi - what more could you want!...

Visiting area for family celebration this was a great find for an overnight stay. Quiet room overlooking garden, Room 11. Good facilities and fantastic shower when I fathomed the controls! Excellent breakfast. Good facility to have honesty bar but didn't use. Decor and whole building attractive and welcoming. Good WiFi. Friendly & helpful staff.

We wanted an overnight stop near Guildford whilst attending a party. We didn't arrive until 7.40 but were welcomed very nicely by the receptionist. The room was a double overlooking the back garden so very quiet. The rooms are nicely furnished but missing some "feminine touches". A box of tissues and a magnified make up mirror would have added to...

We had a great comfortable stay at the asperion hillside. Very impressed with Roary (sorry if we've misspelled your name) he was very attentive and friendly yet professional. We couldn't believe he was a 1 man band having to do all the checking in and cooking. He deserves a medal! Room clean and bed very comfortable. Definitely recommend the more...

Welcome was friendly, room on ground floor was a good size, reasonably comfortable and tranquil despite the hotel's location on a very busy main road. The latter makes it convenient for many locations, particularly golf courses. The outstanding feature of the room was a modern, spacious power shower room with digital controls and choice of shower head. Breakfast was nicely...
