In the 18 months or so since I booked my wedding, my weedding I dealt with 2 wedding coordinators and the second one I dealt with was the best and I believe has totally changed the Radstones wedding experience. She is outstanding and will do anything that you need her to to make the experience more enjoyable and give you...

The hotel was recently taken over and refurbished to an extremely high standard. My wife and I and four friends now regularly go there to dine and have a drink. The staff are very friendly and efficient and the food is very good. Perhaps a measure of its appeal is the fact that there are wedding receptions held there now...

You would have thought you were in a Premier Inn / Travelodge chain style hotel based on the sixties style decor and surroundings. Although Austin Powers would fell right at home if he ended up in the the Opal Bar. We'd only popped in for an afternoon snack although on discovering it was £8 for a ciabatta the nearest services...

We stayed here on a last minute saver offer of £49 for DBB per night. To be honest we were not expecting anything great as u only get what you pay for. However the service we received was fantastic. Our room was lovely, modern and cosy. We then had dinner in the opal. We paid extra £8.50 supplement to have...

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The room we had was really only at Premier Inn level (and bits of it were a bit tatty - the cracked sink had been repaired and some items of furniture had missing bits) and it was too hot (but as it was right by the road it was too noisy with the...

We stayed overnight here as we were attending a function for a 10th anniversary. The tables were set very nicely. The 3 course meal was very nice, chicken & mellon starter, Salmon and chicken main, then sticky toffee pudding Our hotel room was nice, everything you would expect. Breakfast was good and can be obtained for £5.95 for a full...

2.5 stars/bubbles is a fair mark for a very, very mixed experience at the restaurant at the Radstone Hotel. We waited 45 minutes for our starters! When we complained the assistant manager offered no apology, said it was the kitchen's fault, that a larger table had priority and stormed off in mid-conversation when we failed to be persuaded by his...

Overpriced for what was allegedly an executive room. Handles missing from wardrobes. Botched repair made on hole in wardrobe door. Did receive a small discount when mentioned on departure. Food was good and well prepared. Breakfast was worth waiting for. There are room and meal deals available that are not always offered. Late bar staff were very helpful. As said...
