Detailed Reviews
We stayed at the Gem for one night when we were doing a little winetasting tour last year. Jeanette and her partner made us very welcome and the accommodation (the whole of the upper floor of the house) was very clean and charming. Certainly much more than you would normally expect from a B&B. Breakfast was delivered in bags to safeguard spread of infection. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

This was hands down the cleanest place we’ve stayed in a very ling time- even cleaner than 5* hotels!! Janette’s place was so comfortable, relaxing and quiet.
Because there was a separate sitting room and separate on-suite, it was much more comfortable than a very good hotel. I highly recommend this!! 5+++****

Found this little beauty after a disastrous start at pontins. Jeanette made us so very welcome. Couldn’t have asked for any thing better. Spotless clean. Amazing food and extremely comfortable. Excellent value for money.
