My husband and son and myself stayed here in August together with our cocker spaniel. Our 2 bedroomed caravan was very comfortable and clean and spotless and had everything we required including a full sized cooker, Great location right by the sea and beach is great for long walks with the dog. Not much in the village but there is...

Lovely and clean place with 9 caravans. The owner keeps the caravans in excellent order, and is always on hand if needed. When we arrived, the owner greeted us with a friendly smile and even provided fresh milk which made us feel welcome and relaxed. The caravan had everything which you may have at home, including scissors and a pizza...

A fantastic holiday 9th to 16th July 2016. The caravan was immaculate, the grounds clean and tidy, location perfect and the site owners helpful in the extreme. Peaceful and interesting environment. Everything you could want for a family holiday. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back!

Fantastic! Lovely caravan and Location, from the moment we arrived our expectations were surpassed, a spotlessly clean van, as we opened the fridge to put our milk away, we were met with a complementary pint of milk and it didn't stop there, coffee, Tea and Sugar all provided! Tv and Radio, even had a couple of packs of cards. We...

I am almost scared to give this rave reviews because I may not be able to book in the future. Clean caravans, excellent site, well maintained, dog friendly, quiet and they do go the extra mile. Condiments, milk tea and coffee -washing liquid brush and toilet paper all in the van, only place I ever got this. It is 20...

We have just returned from The Leas Beach Park. We had a fantastic holiday in Caravan no.1, well equipped, spotlessly clean and great location. Simple things like laundry facilities are in included makes the difference when staying away! Loved that it was a small site, directly over the road from the beach. My children loved being able to run up...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Self catering caravan holidays on a small, family run caravan park next to a beautiful sandy beach. Our modern six and eight berth caravans are comfortable, clean and well equipped with shower room, kitchen, living room with Freeview TV, and two or three bedrooms. Heating in all rooms and gas, electricity WiFi Internet access, and use of the laundry room are included in the holiday price. We have a tourist information point and climbing frame with swings and slide for children. If you fancy a quiet day why not spend your time pottering about on the beach, sunbathing, paddling, swimming, building sand-castles, beach combing for fossils or beach fishing, popping back to your caravan now and then for refreshments. There are also plenty of lovely walks along beaches, footpaths or quiet lanes. Set in the quiet village of Bacton, within easy walking distance of shops, cafe, fish and chip shop and Chinese restaurant/takeaway. You will find many attractions within a short drive of the site. There is the hustle and bustle of Great Yarmouth, Cromer and the cathedral city of Norwich and many other attractions such as theme parks, the Norfolk Broads for walks and boat hire, sea boat trips for seal viewing or sea fishing, Sea Life Centres, National Trust properties, zoos, museums, steam railways and fun fairs. ... more   less
