The biggest dissappointment in Mexico. We sadly booked it for 14 days and regretted it after the first night. The smell of sewage was coming out of the bathroom sink, stinking the whole room. It was unbearable. I can't stress this enough, we were gagging every morning. The mosquito net was ripped, so we coudnt have the window open. The fan above only worked at the lowest speed so they gave us an industrial one, which was so loud we coudnt have it plugged in. Because of this, we were either hot, awake, or full of mosquito bites at night. The nightstand was full of big red ants that crawled everywhere, including ourselves when we were sleeping. When we complained, not only that the owner was rude and reported us to booking that we broke something in the room (we hadn't touched anything) but also didnt do anything to fix any of the issues. Booking support tried to get us out for the rest of our stay but couldnt. At some point, when they thought we were at the beach, the housekeeper just barged in to our room. We didn't feel safe or private in this hotel, and staying here was a nightmare. Avoid at all costs.
