Cheap, clean, good location, nice pool, friendly staff, breakfast was basic, but......... We were due to check out on Friday at 10.00am, but we were to ski all-day, then get our transfer at 6.30. I asked during the week if we could leave our bags in the office, staff said that was fine. Friday morning, the Manager said no. When...

Classic low cost good value accommodation, don't expect any frills. Room was clean and warm, bathroom looked to have been recently , new fittings and great shower. Has a small hob and cooking facilities but not really up to self catering. Breakfast at 8Euro is decent value with the usual flakes, breads, pastries, yogurts, meats/cheese and drinks. Don't worry about...

This trip was probably the worst winter trip I have even been on, we thought we would try it out as we always go to Sweden or Italy for our snowboard trips but we thought we would try France out as we got a good deal on the booking Wish we had not bothered or spent more money or gone...

Stayed at this hotel on two occasions and for quality and value for money it’s difficult to beat. The hotel is located a good 15 minutes walk to the lifts so you need to be fit to walk this distance but the hire shops store the skis and the lift is next door so you don’t need to hump your...

My friend and I stayed for a 48 hour ski break. We arrived at 7:15 pm and checked in by the receptionist however, we were told that check in closed at 7:30pm. We had a twin room. It was warm, comfortable and clean. The twin beds were firm, which suited both of us. There was a microwave, sink, hob and...

Stayed for one night on top of a weeks stay in samoens. Check in is one at 17.15 so if you arrive at midday there's no way to get into a room- seems very odd. The rooms were fine, small but well equipped kitchen and decent sized bedrooms.

We loved the hotel! Good value for money. The room is spacious, clean and cozy and has everything you need and more - a good and comfortable bed, nice bath, a kitchen with all necessary utensils and a large balcony with a beautiful view. The staff are very nice and helpful. The swimming pool very nice and clean. Free parking...

We were on a spontaneous journey without reservations. Location is everything so this hotel was easy to spot. We were quite lucky that Isaline happened to be at the front desk when we inquired about availabity and rates as she took great care in meeting our needs. In fact, we felt quite spoiled! After staying a couple of nights, we...

the owners had obviously taken on board previous comments - our bins were emptied 3 times during the stay and towels checked and the t towel changed. We had a studio apartment - the sink is very small but you can wash the saucepan in it. We cooked porridge everyday in our room without any problems. There were no plugs...
