We visited the adventure lodge in the middle of September 2016 for 3 nights. We were in the last lodge on the row, which was nice as you felt like you had some space. The checkin process with Ken and everything he did from that moment was perfect, great filling food and cosy cabins well positioned near the east gate...

My husband and I were looking for a Zika-Free honeymoon trip. I also wanted it to be all-inclusive, affordable, and special. We found all of this, and more, at Adventure Lodge. Our host, Ken, made our stay. He was so hospitable, warm, a fantastic cook, and gave us everything we needed. We have been talking about Ken every day since...

We spent 3 nights at the Lodge. We had a great canoe ride down the lake and a walk into Whitney. Despite the rain, we enjoyed our stay - very quiet, very laid back kind of relaxing get-away. Meals were 'ok' - but nothing outstanding. Given this was the season of fresh vegetables and fruits available, our suggestion would be...

My husband & I spent 3 nights. We had a wonderful canoe ride and lovely walks on on the trail along the lake. Including a park pass is a great benefit which we took advantage of several times....couldn't have been closer to the park! Our cabin was fine (and clean). The food was delicious and our hosts as well as...

This trip was one that my fiancé and I will never forget. Not only because we got engaged the weekend we were here but because of how fantastic the accommodations were. We were very impressed with how clean our cabin was, in addition to having air conditioning, a large jacuzzi and wood burning fireplace. I admit I was a bit...

If you enjoy the great outdoors and don't want to "motel it" or could not get a camp site, this the place for you if there are still log cabins available! It is a bit pricey for what you get but it includes breakfast (eggs of any style, potatoes and ham, coffee or juice) and supper ( the salmon and...

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. We decided to come here since it was dog friendly. Our dog loved it and all the adventures around it. The cabins are a treat with the jacuzzi tubs and fireplaces. Free canoe and kayaks to explore the river out front. We took our dog in the canoe down the...

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this resort. It is smaller compared to similar type accommodations but the location is great (very close to the East gate of Algonquin). We thought the food was very good (you have to bring your own wine). The cabin we stayed in was cute and had all the basic amenities that we...

Loved everything about the Adventure Lodge, cabin was great, with huge jacuzzi that had more than enough room for myself and my 6'5" hunk, comfy bed, awesome food, great atmosphere, Ken and Penny are super hosts and the views were breathtaking, pictures don't do it justice. My only complaint was my stay was too short, so we are already planning...

Our cabin was cute, with everything we needed- large, comfortable bed, mini-fridge, clean washroom with hot shower and good water pressure, good sized closet, strong overhead fan, and nice little outdoor sitting area and deck. The food was excellent- nice choices of main meals. You start with a salad, then choose your main and dessert. My dessert was to die...
