The Vicarage has the "Wow" factor!! Huge and gracious with sun-filled verandas, it is hard to believe that such a grand home was built for a Vicar. Around the home is a small vineyard and the wines produced from these grapes have fantastic names like "The Vicar's Mistress" and "The Divine Daughter". A very relaxing place to stay with extremely...

Stayed 2 nights in the Vicarage Barn, which is located just behind the main Vicarage house. Damian's a terrific host and he's provided everything required for a great holiday. There's a litter of playful kittens staying at the main house if you like animals. A vineyard, vegetable garden and small fruit orchard to walk around, a swimming pool, badminton on...

This property offers both B&B style accommodation and self catering accommodation in the The Vicarage Barn. Absolutely stunning accommodation and all the trimmings for a weary traveller. Wonderful spa pool and a solar heated swimming pool as well. Excellent hosts who have an eye for detail. Vinyl collection is a nostalgic trip back and the place is well equipped for...

The Old Glenmark Vicarage is simply stunning! Set in beautiful gardens and vineyards, the Old Vicarage is a stunning B&B that is elegant, peaceful and overflowing with old world charm. The rooms are large, bright and very well presented. Sitting here now looking out over the Autumn gardens I honestly have to admit I'm instantly relaxed and needing to remember...

It was our last night in NZ and we were between Waipara and Christchurch. This great place didn't disappoint from the extremely comfortable bed through to the small touches of heated towels, great breakfast and huge clawed bath (we were in the rimu room). Damian and his family were welcoming hosts and have done beautiful work restoring this grand old...

We were going to UB40 concert at Waipara Hills winery and the Old Glenmark Vicarage were the only one with a room still available. I am so glad that we stayed the night there. The accomodation is situated in a lovely environment, the home is beautiful and and so was our room. Comfortable bed, clean room/bathroom and a lovely breakfast...

Because i had an early flight i asked for an early checkin so we could hit the trail (on borrowed bikes from the vicarage i might add) that was not...

We were looking for a romantic getaway halfway between Christchurch airport and Kaikoura and boy did we find it. We stayed in the barn, a self contained, two bedroom house complete with hammocks and private spa pool. Very friendly hosts had the wood burner lit and ready, supplied us with a fantastic breakfast and showed us where to head out...

A delightful historic home, beautifully restored to former glory. The main house accommodation was excellent - attractive, well proportioned, comfortable and well appointed. The owner was very welcoming and we enjoyed a tasting of some of his excellent wines. The surroundings are peaceful and form part of a local wine trail. It is the ideal base to head to after...
