Lovely view and amenities made our family stay this summer easy. Staff were friendly and took care with covid restrictions such as masks and gloves. We stayed in a two level family suite. Room was spacious for four and had a nice balcony, although was slightly dusty. Outdoor space was nice and view from balcony great.
Best service, clean rooms and nice environment! I strongly recommend this hotel! Everyone is very friendly and follows Covid recommendation. Nice pool and tennis courts. If you are going to visit Serres, this is a hotel that you should stay!
The hotel is nicely located in a mountainous suburb of the city. Its close proximity to the borders allows daily trips to Bulgaria and Rep of North Macedonia. The staff was friendly and always willing to help or give guidance. The hotel has huge outdoor facilities but these can be mainly used during the summer months. The breakfast menu given its location could be better and more adapted to reflect the local flavors.
Super location, very spacious rooms with all amenities 5 Star, swimming pool. Great buffet breakfast. Close location to the town center I would defiantly recommend this Hotel of your planning a visit to Serres
Hotel looks good and has a very big parking. They have an outdoor pool. Our rooms had citadel/fortress view and were really big. (we had junior suites). AC is working good. Breakfast is not so great (cheese and meat selections are really poor) but you can find something to get a start on the day. We stayed in the weekend and they had a wedding party that made the night really noisy but to see the good part of it: they had great Greek music at the party. 😅👍 Anyway, I will return the next time as it was an overall good experience.
The best place to meet in town!!! Excellent service, superb staff and overall superb environment!!! It is very close to the city centre as well as the famous Serres valley which is a superb sport for running or walking!!
Great hotel. We last stayed here in 2015 and were happy to visit again for a round of the World EnduroGP. The air-conditioned rooms are spacious, soundproofing is excellent and the beds are very comfortable. Reliable Wi-Fi throughout. The staff are efficient and professional. The cleanliness is tip-top. Great selection at the buffet breakfast catering for all tastes. Minor quibble is that I'd prefer bigger, fluffier bath towels and the toiletries supplied weren't great. And I prefer a walk-in shower to the over-bath type which we had; (maybe some rooms have walk-in type? And no doubt many guests like having the option of bath or shower.) We didn't use the spa facilities, but I gather they're very good. The outdoor pool is fabulous and was much appreciated in the 30+ heat. Would definitely stay here again - as often as possible, please!…
Stayed at the Elpida Resort & Spa for a weekend. The staff at the hotel are very polite and helpful, the rooms are a decent size with very comfortable beds. The bathroom is quite spacious, but...you can not have a shower without the water flooding the bathroom floor. I would suggest replacing the curtain with a glass partition going all the way down to the floor so as to avoid this kind of situations. Over all good hotel
I think that the value for money doesn’t reflect what the hotel can offer. Not so clean and our jacuzzi-bathtub was full of calc, so that the water (shutoff) plug couldn’t be reopened. The breakfast is really plenty and the spa facilities a must have, the spa treatments are not so expensive in comparison with other hotels. Also, the many parking spaces save time.
We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff are very friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a fantastic setting that offers for walks all the seasons and very close to the bustling city.
