The stay was OK. Service from staff is poor. Nobody in charge to supervise staff. You often have to go look for somebody to assist you. Went to have dinner. No staff member in sight for 10 minutes. Was told by one staff member that there was a bikers dinner on that night, so there was no place for us...

We were impressed with the room. The room was nice and clean. The air conditioner was working, very appreciated for the hot weather outside. Peaceful at night. Had a lovely dinner at the hotel. The Dstv was more than enough for our expectations. Friendly staff who were helpful when request assistance

The food and service were adequate but several items were not available. The recent revamp has helped, but don't encourage people to sit outside when someone is using a belt sander, as it prevents a lovely terrace being used. Pub looks great.

We stayed in a renovated luxury 2 bedroom en suite chalet. Although we can't comment on other rooms or facilities at the hotel the chalet was more than we expected. Two very spacious bedrooms both with large en suite bathrooms, large lounge/dining area and well equipped kitchen. Also a large patio with built in barbeque area. The chalet is very...

overall the room was nice and clean. We did not like the open-plan bathroom although its was very big and shower massage fittings made up for the lack of privacy. Our room was right opposite the staircase so lots of noise from guests

I dropped my wife and a friend here while I completed some business in the area. Upon returning I walked through reception to the bar area. There were people in the reception who ignored me completely. I seated at the bar and we asked if there was WiFi available, this was confirmed and a password given. We were unable to...

Newly renovated hotel off the beaten track of the West Coast. Beautiful views and faciliites. Close enough to vist all the sights but far enough away to be remote. Wonderful bar and good food. Great conference facilities and self catering options.

The hotel is almost on the outside of town. We were a little disappointed but the hotel is being renovated and the new rooms in the hotel are beautiful with a panoramic view. A smallish, not deep, pool as well. Restaurant serves basic food but very tasty and not bad pricing. Backpackers rooms are very, very basic- has own toilet, hand...
