We are aware that there has been a lot of negativtiy around noise re from street and lifts we we have booked front see veiw 2nd floor but feed back seems to be that higher the better and i wonder if there is a balcony

The noise wasn't much of an issue for me, though I was there midweek. The balcony in my room was tiny, and I booked a sea view - you literally could only see it from one corner of the balcony
